Outstanding tour and guide - My son , daughter and I took the five day DDay tour with guide Pierre Fallet in July, 2024. The entire trip was outstanding. Among others, we visited Rommel's headquarters at La Roche-Guyon, Omaha and Utah beaches and museums, the German and American cemeteries, St Mere Eglise , Cherbourg, and the Bayeux Tapestry. The highlight of the trip was the tunnels beneath the Batterie du Roule with a private guide, helmets and flashlights. Pierre also took us to a number of off the grid sites not normally accessible to tourists. Above all, Pierre's extensive knowledge , insights and genuine passion about the history, events, and region contributed to an unforgettable and priceless experience. We cannot recommend this tour, company and our wonderful guide Pierre enough.

Normandy Tour Full of Moving, Memorable, and Special Touches throughout the Day - This day was the highlight of our European vacation. Hands down Rudy was an UNBELIEVABLE tour guide. You will NOT go wrong with booking a tour thru Normandy American Heroes. The location of Normandy itself is very humbling then add the vast information Rudy provides brings it to the next level. With his deep sense of knowledge for the history of the campaign and first hand information collected throughout the years, you will feel like you are actually living out the events as they happened nearly 80 years ago. We saw all that we wanted, and then more thanks to the fantastic experience from Rudy.

Full private tour of Normandy from L’Havre - Just returned from a cruise to the British Isles which included a marvelous tour of Normandy. We actually took this cruise because we wanted to tour Normandy. We arranged for a private tour with Patrick Hillyer (love Normandie Tours) He picked us up at the LHavre port in a beautiful comfortable air conditioned 6 seater van at 9:00 am and returned us to LHavre at 6:00pm. This tour was the highlight of our cruise. Patrick was very accommodating, knowledgeable and all around excellent host. As an added bonus his wife who is a caterer fixed us a fabulous picnic lunch where we ate on benches on a blue checkered tablecloth on real dishes and silverware in a very scenic area along our tour. Patrick lives in the area and knows the history of DDay and all the famous places to visit. He is fluent in English since he was born in England. I strongly recommend this tour. You will forever be delighted as we are. Would like to return and do it all over again
