- Aleko hut - At 9:30 am, we will pick you up from your hotel or accommodation in Sofia and transport you to Aleko hut, either by car or cabin lift, depending on road conditions. Your instructor will be waiting for you there. You will be provided with skis and boots (please inform us in advance if you need additional clothing). Once you’re ready, you’ll hit the slopes and the fun will begin. The instructor will assess your skills and create a suitable plan for the group. After learning some basic drills and exercises, you’ll be ready to practice techniques on easier slopes, based on your instructor’s assessment of your abilities. The day’s training includes a 3-hour ski lesson. After the lesson, you can relax at Aleko hut, where you can eat or drink to regain your strength, or you can choose to return to Sofia immediately. Once the activities are finished, we will take you back to your hotel, accommodation, or any point in Sofia. Don’t miss the chance to learn how to ski this winter in Vitosha! Do you want to have fun during the cold winter and the snow to become your best friend for at least one day? If you have always wanted to learn how to ski but thought that it is expensive, scary, or time-consuming give us a chance to change all of these concepts. Join us on this adventure on the slopes of the beautiful Vitosha Mountain! It’s just half an hour from Sofia’s city center. You have no equipment - no problem - we have taken care of this. You will receive the skis and the boots. Your introduction to skiing will be done by а professional who will do his best to teach you and lead you in the world of real winter fun. There are special small slopes for beginners where your first steps in skiing will take place. Please note that the group will be small and you will receive personal attention from the instructor. The lessons will take around 3 hours; by the end of the day, you will have taken your first ski adventure.
