- Praia do Vidigal - Imagine enjoying a seafood class on the beach, with a caipirinha in hand.
Not just any beach, but a semi-private one, away from the bustling crowds.
Sequence:
Our culinary instructor will greet you in the lobby of the Sheraton Hotel and escort you to Vidigal Beach, where our barbecue grill and kiosk will be ready.
We’ll start with some Brazilian snacks and make our own caipirinhas. Then, we’ll prepare and savor butter cassava and tapioca filled with requeijão cheese. Next, we’ll use the barbecue grill to cook octopus, shrimp, and calamari, as well as grilled whole anchovy.
Our culinary instructor will share all the techniques and tips for grilling seafood.
All this delicious seafood will be enjoyed with poke-style rice and Brazilian-style vinaigrette.
To conclude our picturesque beachside barbecue cooking class, we’ll make a popular Brazilian dessert called Romeo and Juliet, a fitting end to a delightful day.
