Great atmosphere with delicious food - The cooking class inspired us! The atmosphere was very relaxed and typical Italian from the beginning. The preparation of the different pasta varieties was a lot of fun for us and we would always come back. The delicious food was accompanied by excellent wine, which rounded off the beautiful evening.

Amazing! - This was an amazing class. The staff and even the classmates were all wonderful people. Erica and her mother were both so sweet and kind and very patient. They also were extremely informative and overall enjoyable to be around. I would 100% recommend this to anyone wanting to have a fun friendly night in Lecce

wonderful experience - It was such a wonderful experience, and we had a great time. The evening was fantastic, and the place was beautiful – I immediately felt welcome. The hosts were incredibly friendly and warm. The value for money was very fair. We enjoyed amazing wine and delicious homemade pasta – simply exquisite!
I highly recommend anyone visiting Apulia to spend such a wonderful time there.

Unforgettable moment - We had a great time in a typical setting. Pasta making class with two lovely ladies and Enrica who speaks several languages.
After preparing the pasta in a very cheerful atmosphere, aperitif with brusqueta and local wines is offered then we taste the pasta (which have been prepared in the kitchen) that we have made. A dessert to conclude this wonderful moment of exchange with people of different nationalities.
A Trip Tip Do not miss this moment you will feast
If I come back to Lecce I'll do the class again

A magical Italian evening - My fiancé and I had such a special evening at this wonderful class. We were welcomed into a beautiful courtyard before watching Italian women with 40+ years experience make the dough for pasta. They guided us on kneading techniques with the dough and then taught us to make Orchiette then Macaroni.
This was followed by wine and bruschetta, you could watch the pasta be cooked if you wanted, then we sat down to eat!
We made friends at the table who we went for wine with after, it was so lovely 🥹

Extraordinary experience - The experience was extraordinary, the staff were amazing, very caring and friendly.
Our daughter who doesn’t normally eat tomatoes finally took to like it thanks to the delicious tomato sauce made by the wonderful Italian Nonna. We also met some interesting people from all over the world.
Totally recommend it!

Wonderful - Run by a local family that welcome you with open arms in the Italian spirit of family. Highly skilled and generationally handed down knowledge of pasta making Super fun by yourself if wanting to meet people or as a couple or with friends. A must do when in Lecce! Don’t eat much beforehand, you eat what you make…. And it’s a lot :)

Great experience - An amazing experience! I had a great time on my birthday. The ladies were very kind and professional. I learned a lot and had a lot of fun. We ate very well in a beautiful setting (special mention for the delicate candle attention on the cake). I recommend 100% this cooking course:)

Good, but Missing Details - It was a fun evening, but here are some details that would have made the experiene even better, and have been included in every other cooking I have taken.
1. The event organizers should have introduced themselves and all the staff, what the evening was about, and an agenda of how the evening was planned.
The class just started without any of this.
2. There should have been time at the start of the class for all the participants to introduce themselves. This is usually customary in other such events I have attended.
3. The organizers should have explained the history of the pasta we were making, and the traditional recipes that the pasta are used in.
4. The traditional recipes the pasta can be used in, should have been provided as a take home item.
5. The sauce was very bland. I could not even taste it. It smelled great, but that is about it.
I hope this constructive criticism can be used to make this experience better for others.

Overpriced Tourist Trap - It’s clear the operators of this class value quantity over quality. There were 41 participants in the class I attended—way too many for the instructors to teach and guide. I felt like a kindergarten student being told to “cut this” and “roll that” without any thought given or explanation provided towards the history of this type of pasta, ingredients and measurements, or proper techniques.
The pasta was cooked in a separate room; we weren’t told for how long it should cook or what sauces or other foods combine well with it. The finished product—pasta with tomato sauce—tasted very bland.
The people were nice and the courtyard pleasant (although I was sent to the interior room because 41 people could not fit in the 1400s courtyard which is advertised when booking) but at €55 this is overpriced and quite simply not worth it. You’re better off buying orecchiette pasta and a jar of tomato sauce at the supermarket and cooking it yourself.
