Wonderful - Run by a local family that welcome you with open arms in the Italian spirit of family. Highly skilled and generationally handed down knowledge of pasta making Super fun by yourself if wanting to meet people or as a couple or with friends. A must do when in Lecce! Don’t eat much beforehand, you eat what you make…. And it’s a lot :)

Great experience - An amazing experience! I had a great time on my birthday. The ladies were very kind and professional. I learned a lot and had a lot of fun. We ate very well in a beautiful setting (special mention for the delicate candle attention on the cake). I recommend 100% this cooking course:)

Just do it! - Inner courtyard cozy and suggestive, typically Italian for foreigners, exquisitely Italian for Italians. Friendly, passionate and engaging staff. An experience of conviviality and immersive Salento culture. Highly recommended, to adults, children and families!

Great experience! - Great experience! Had a lot of fun learning to make pasta. Our teachers were extremely patient as we were all slow learners! Enjoyed sitting down after class to enjoy the fruits of our labors and chat with the other participants. Highly recommend!

Very nice cooking class to recommend - The cooking class met our expectations and we would do it again and again and recommend it. The language barrier in English was no problem and the instructors were super nice. We would otherwise only have liked the sauce to have been cooked with us. The food was super delicious.:)

Fantastic authentic cooking experience - One of the greatest nights I’ve had with my family in years. Getting to make our own, and eat, authentic Puglian pasta in Lecce, and sample a variety of delicious other side dishes and local red and white wines, was my definition of heaven. Well worth the money, and being held in a baroque styled house and hosted by warm and friendly locals made the experience all the more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Fun evening - Great experience for the three of us. We enjoyed learning how to make the two kinds of pasta, as well as eating the dinner at the end. The wine was nice as well.

Italian nonnas are strict - Making pasta with authentic Italian nonnas was an experience. Without any one, our attempt was frowned upon. We could just start again.

Overpriced Tourist Trap - It’s clear the operators of this class value quantity over quality. There were 41 participants in the class I attended—way too many for the instructors to teach and guide. I felt like a kindergarten student being told to “cut this” and “roll that” without any thought given or explanation provided towards the history of this type of pasta, ingredients and measurements, or proper techniques. The pasta was cooked in a separate room; we weren’t told for how long it should cook or what sauces or other foods combine well with it. The finished product—pasta with tomato sauce—tasted very bland. The people were nice and the courtyard pleasant (although I was sent to the interior room because 41 people could not fit in the 1400s courtyard which is advertised when booking) but at €55 this is overpriced and quite simply not worth it. You’re better off buying orecchiette pasta and a jar of tomato sauce at the supermarket and cooking it yourself.
