Go. Do it. It's a blast!!! - Anna Maria was a wonderful instructor. She does not speak English, and I speak very little Italian. She did have someone there who spoke English fluently. Still, her instruction was clear. I had a blast fumbling through how to make orecchiette, the regional pasta of Puglia. It came with lessons of the area and history and doing it all inside of that structure that's been standing since the 1400s was epic. Food was delicious and even more so, the company. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Perfect evening with lovely hosts! - We had the honor of being the last guests of the season. We had such a good time making the orecchiette and hearing the stories about the different types of pasta and its origin. We tried to make the orecchiette and macaroni look perfect by watching the ‘master’. (Ofcourse ours were a bit less perfect ;) ). The explanation in English was perfect and the hosts were absolutely lovely! For our next time visiting Lecce we would definitely come back. Thanks again for the great evening!

Pasta cooking workshop - We did a pasta cooking workshop at LecceGo yesterday and had a fantastic evening. We were welcomed and given an interesting explanation of the different pasta and techniques we would practice. We started by making the dough with which we then made the pasta. We laughed a lot at our tryouts which of course were surpassed by the chef's perfected technique. Meanwhile, the pasta sauce was already on the stove after which our pasta was cooked and we had a delicious dish to eat together with a glass of wine. The workshop was given by sweet, welcoming women and we felt very much at home the whole time! We would highly recommend this workshop!!

An authentic cooking class! - An unforgettable experience ! We had a great time as a family. The cooking workshop was perfectly well organized: we were able to discover the preparation of orrechiette and macceroni, a traditional dish from Puglia, as well as the traditions of this magnificent region. The workshop takes place in an authentic and charming place. The workshop concludes with a friendly meal with the workshop leaders. Not to be missed in Lecce!

One of a kind experience, not to be missed! - Unique experience immersed in the most genuine tradition. It was a gift for our anniversary and I must say that meeting the Faggiano family, in the enchanted place of their court, was the best choice!! It also paid off once we returned home :) could it have been the aphrodisiac pasta?! I don't know, in any case congratulations for the idea, one of a kind and absolutely original compared to any other "tourist catcher" activity. A hug to Mrs Annamaria, her son Davide and Mr. Luciano Faggiano, great expert on the ancient history of Lecce.

It was ok - Making the pasta. I felt their could have been a bit more explanation . I also booked for an English class and the host spoke to another couple in French regularly without translating into English. The class could have been much better with a bit more information and structure
