Fantastic authentic cooking experience - One of the greatest nights I’ve had with my family in years. Getting to make our own, and eat, authentic Puglian pasta in Lecce, and sample a variety of delicious other side dishes and local red and white wines, was my definition of heaven. Well worth the money, and being held in a baroque styled house and hosted by warm and friendly locals made the experience all the more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Fun evening - Great experience for the three of us. We enjoyed learning how to make the two kinds of pasta, as well as eating the dinner at the end. The wine was nice as well.

Fun evening - The experience of making traditional pasta with Erica and her family was very enjoyable! It was an authentic, hands-on evening complemented with music and lively conversation. We would have liked to have done even more cooking, but all in all we were very happy.

Unique experience - Fun activity where you can to learn how to make 2 different kinds of pasta, the orrechiette and the macaroni. You get to do this in a very old, medieval structure in the heart of the historical part of Lecce. The instructors Anna Maria and Teresa spoke Italian only but then Enrica was able to translate to all the non Italian speaking attendees. We got to know some other couples and friends who were travelling Puglia and did this activity with us. Eventually we ate the pasta that we did and this was mixed with a tomotoe sauce but it was tasty nonetheless. Besides the pasta you get offered water and wine, accompanied with some Pizzica musical (typical of Lecce). Totally recommend this experience

Fun and delicious - What a lot of fun! Enrica was lovely, informative, and entertaining and her mother was great at showing us how to make orrechiette and macaroni. We had a tasty meal with the other guests and everyone was very friendly and happy. The meal was delicious in spite of our less than professional pasta results, Even if you’re not a great cook, it’s worth trying out the class.

Great experience and so much to learn - If you are looking for a great cooking experience, this is it. Very intimate setting. Clear and hands on instructions. Dinner was the pasta we had made. It was absolutely delicious. The pasta was served in a simple tomato sauce. There was also a selection of wines and cake for dessert. All in all a great evening. Highly recommended.

Don't miss this. - Anna Maria and Katerina were fantastic hosts for our cooking experience. Great fun to learn the secrets of Apulian pasta making, and enjoying the fruits of our labour with local wine and fellow travellers. Brilliant experience highly recommended.

An intersection of culinary delight and culture - Enrica and Anna Maria were wonderful! Enrica is passionate about her region and is gifted at many more traditional activities than making orrechietti. She also told us about the history of the site in the courtyard where we made the pasta. We had a fun evening and can only highly recommend this activity. Anna Maria gave us her full attention in trying to turn us into pasta producers…we promised her to keep practicing!!!

The art of Orecchiette - Beautiful experience full of emotion and tradition. Very fun to try to learn "the art of Orecchietta" and very tasty to eat. Wonderful place full of history that makes everything more magical. Super recommended!

Learning by eating :) - The course was spectacular, creating the orecchiette, and after cooking them enjoying them together, in one of the most beautiful locations in Lecce, it's worth a lot, I recommend it also because the staff is kind and knowledgeable ☆
