Your Cesarina host will guide you through the local market, imparting knowledge on how to pick the best ingredients per season. Then, you’ll journey back to their home, kick-off with a cosy Italian Aperitivo, and partake in the class. You will learn to create one signature Pasta dish, representative of the city you’re visiting, as well as the renowned Tiramisu.

After the class, you’ll have the opportunity to savor all the dishes you prepared, paired with local wines.
