Blend simple ingredients with enthusiasm to create Orecchiette and Maccheroni al Ferretto (using the traditional pasta tool). Guided by a local chef, you’ll also prepare two delightful sauces: a classic fresh tomato sauce and a chickpea and vegetable topping. Afterward, savor your creations during a friendly dinner, complete with homemade bread, a traditional dessert, and homemade limoncello. An excellent experience!! - Had a wonderful evening with Lisa and Fabio! They picked us up from the old town and took us to their lovely home. We had a blast making the pasta and tasting the local specialties that Lisa had made. In addition, we enjoyed wine and a delicious dessert. They even gave us the recipes so we could try everything at home. This was a excellent experience!

Must do in Lecce - Fabio and Lisa were incredible teachers and gracious hosts. They kindly opened their home and treated us like family. The food we learned to make was simple enough to do at home and delicious. It felt as though we were spending time with friends.

Wonderful and cozy food experience! - Lisa and Fabio were the lovely couple that hosted this wonderful evening for us. We were thought how to make different kinds of pasta. Mostly it was a great food experience we were introduced in the local cooking, some great appetizers, amazing primi and for dessert lovely panna cotta and delicious homemade limoncello. Too bad for us it was our last day in Lecce, because the couple had some really good recommendations in the area. Guess we have to come back... Luckily Fabio made loads of pictures during the night, so we can relive it when we get back home. 10/10 would recommend!

Lovely workshop - Last Wednesday I went to the cooking workshop with friends. We were warmly welcomed by our host and hostess. they explained the evening's program and the dishes we were going to make. Then we got to work together and then had a delicious meal together and received plenty of tips for our stay in Puglia. Definitely worth taking a workshop.

Beautiful evening learning to make pasta - Lisa and Fabio were fantastic hosts. We had a lovely evening with these warm and genuine people who taught us about typical Puglian aperitivi dishes and how to make local pasta. It was a great way to learn more about the culture and the area. I would highly recommend an evening with them.

Authentic Lecce: A Delightful Home Cooking Experience - Dear Lisa and Fabio,
It was such a pleasure meeting you and visiting your beautiful home. We really enjoyed the cooking class and can’t wait to try the recipes at home. It was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience authentic home-cooked cuisine in Lecce. We had an amazing time and absolutely loved the food!

Unforgettable experience - An absolutely unforgettable experience. Lisa and her husband welcomed us into their home with open arms. Out of our entire trip this was the most memorable dinner we had. Besides learning how to create pasta from scratch and eating it after, the conversation and hospitality of Lisa and her husband will be something that we hold forever. We walked in as strangers and left as family.

Wonderful Evening - We had the best evening with Lisa and Fabio. They are a generous and wonderful couple who patiently taught us how to make 2 different kinds of pasta. And then we shared a wonderful dinner of wine, aperitif, 2 different kinds of pasta and then dessert. The food and wine were wonderful, but even more wonderful was sharing the experience with Lisa and Fabio. We had lots of laughs and shared stories about our countries and interests. I would highly recommend booking this cooking experience with Lisa and Fabio.

Wonderful evening with lovely hosts - Fabio and Lisa were perfect hosts. It was like an educational dinner party. We were two couples and Lisa taught us how to make local pasta while Fabio helped us sample local wines. Yummy sauces too.
