Here will be served 6 glasses of wine, 1 of white, 2 of rosé and 3 of red, produced from typical local grapes such as Negroamaro, Primitivo and Verdeca, accompanied by a selection of typical Salento gastronomic products such as olives, Pizzi, Pucce, Frise, Rustici, Capocollo from Martina Franca and the famous mozzarella and burrata fresh cheese. Obviously for each tasted label I will tell you the history of the wine and of the producing winery by telling you about the production techniques, the vines and the history of the terroirs related to the selected wines.

10/10! Must do in Lecce! - We really enjoyed this evening with Stefano trying many great wines from the region! It takes place in a nice little courtyard surrounded by lovely lemon trees! It’s a perfect setting to relax and try really nice wines! Stefano was excellent in explaining each wine and also the surrounding region! It was just the two of us so we had plenty of wine to finish, which was just fabulous! Highly recommend this experience if you enjoy wine! One tip: I’d book this on an evening where you have little plans the next morning so you can enjoy the sleep in :)

A lovely wine day! - What a fun day! We joined Stefano's wine experience tour of the vineyards surrounding Lecce. It was a full day and we enjoyed every minute of it.
The tour included multiple stops, with each one being totally different from the previous one. Stefano provided an excellent overview of the wine-making tradition, the vineyards and varietals. It was a small group tour (no more than 5), which added to the experience.
Our favorite stop was the coop, which was completely different from any winery we've ever visited. That's not to take away from the others, but we loved the "gas station" delivery method for the jugs . . . and the wines were tasty as well!
This was a great way to see the countryside outside of Lecce and to experience the small vineyards in a very personal way. Stefano is the ultimate host and you will enjoy your time with him.

Excellent wine tasting experience - Great experience with Stefano, 6 wines to taste and antipasto to accompany it. Very knowledgeable about the area and its wines. I would highly recommended for wine lovers.

Excellent Lecce wine tasting experience - Stefano was an excellent host, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very welcoming. A selection of 2 white (1 sparkling), 2 rose and 2 red wines from the local region were selected for us to sample along with a variety of locally produced breads, cheese and savory pastries. The portion sizes (both wine and food) was plentiful, Stefano is generous with his wine pouring and hospitality!
We learnt a lot about Salento wine production, the grape varieties and processes along with the history of the area.
An unexpected surprise was that Stefano bagged up the open bottles and gave them to us to take back to our apartment (we are enjoying sampling them again with some salumi and formaggio as I type).
It wasn't easy finding a decent looking wine/ food experience in Lecce prior to travelling but we hit gold with this one. 100% recommend and we have experienced several food and wine tours throughout Italy over the past decade.

Incredible wine tasting with Stefano - Fantastic pairing of five bottles of wine (which we got to keep!) with traditional snacks - all delicious and entertaining and I learned a ton (even as someone who regularly studies wine). Stefano did a great job and was waiting for us like a pro. Everything went smoothly and we had a blast.

Superb wine tasting - Fantastic wine tasting with very interesting details of the wines and processes. Also lovely food to accompany the wine. The location for the tasting was also superb below a lemon tree. We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the evening. Would highly recommend doing this if in Lecce

Wine tasting experience - Really special experience. Stefano is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. He also has a great sense humour which made the evening very uplifting. The wine was great as was the accompanying traditional dishes. 10 out of 10. Would recommend to anyone with even the slightest interest in wine.

Amazing wine tasting - A little cozy wine shop just out of the historic center of Lecce. Asked for a wine tasting while not available yet, luckily that was no problem at all. After entering the wine shop, you enter the “backyard” where you sit down underneath lemon trees in a really cozy setting. Stefano’s knowledge about the wines from the Salento region is amazing! All the history and information while enjoying the nicest selection of wines was just astonishing. And of course we could not help to treat ourselves to a selection of wines we had tasted 😏. Really worth going there, you will not be disappointed!
