Fantastic trip - Amazing tour. Our guide Jessica was great. Definitely a difficult climb down and through the canyon for anyone with mobility issues. Lots of narrow spots as well.

Wow! - At the beginning we felt it was a tourist trap because of the amount of people. But rapidly we were divided in small group ( we were only 7) each with a Navajo guide (Steve). Short walk (500feet) and staircases into the canyon requiring a very basic physical fitness. Steve adjusted the settings on each of our phones...and the rest is a magical walk in a unique place on earth!

Antelope is worth the see - We used a 3rd party booking that I had used before with great results but this time I was having a hard time get the operator confirmation I was told to look for 2 days prior to date. Didn't receive so called the phone number supposedly for reservations. They confirmed so thought we were good. Arrive at Ken's tours and they say our reservation were for an hour later than confirmation but after some firm discussion, they put us through on our scheduled time. From there it improved. Our guide Shelbelynn was great. The tour very interesting and beautiful.

Beautiful nature - Beautiful experience. We upgraded to private but felt rushed & it was still crowded. Leave your sunglasses & water bottles as it’s not sunny & quick.

Short and beautiful- but disgusting bathrooms. - The Canyons are beautiful and our guide was very good. Plenty of time for pictures. It was very short, at just an hour, and everything ran on time. Lots of people in a group(12-15), so they could be smaller. And Ken really needs to clean the port o potties. They were disgusting and there is no need for this. We complained to the guide in the tour in front of us and he said it was just Ken's that were so bad. His company- (Dixie, I think), has clean facilities. We complained to the management at the end and they claimed they were cleaned every day which clearly was not the case!

Viator’s Super High Fee - The tour was amazing, but getting the tickets through Viator was difficult and the up charge or service fee was outrageous.
