Fabulous! - Floating down on a beautiful day. The weather was perfect and I went down with two of my grandchildren and my son-in-law. Wonderful experience.

fun time - Everyone was very professional, and we all enjoyed it. The height and view was very nice wish I went during the fall when trees change color.

ZIPLINE FOXWOODS - We went there Sunday 7/28/24. The experience from start to finish was excellent. The man who checked us for the 4pm event was really friendly, he kept us posted on the schedule leading up to the 4pm departure. (unfortunately we didn't get his name) Everyone involved from start to finish were great. Thank you Eugene and Barry

Surprise Flying - Surprised my tween daughter (told her we were going to dinner). She loved it and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife & I were able to take the shuttle to the landing area and view her coming down the line and take video & pictures.

SPECTACULAR/BREATHTAKING/AMAZING! - THIS IS THE GREATEST TIME I'VE EVER HAD. BEGINNING WITH THE STAFF WHO WERE TOP NOTCH AND CARED ABOUT EVERYONE'S COMFORT AND SAFETY. THE ZIP LINE EXPERIENCE WAS BEYOND WHAT I HAD EXPECTED. AMAZING, BREATHTAKING, RELAXING, FUN AND UNFORGETTABLE! SIMPLY STUNNING FROM START TO FINISH! LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT!

Extreme Zip-Line - We were greeted by Alex, so amazing, and great personality! Alex along with other instructors, were excellent, patient and funny. We were strapped in, on our individual zip-line, and felt safe and secure. We paid extra for the go pro, and wow, it was worth it! You hold it and control what you want to capture! I captured me screaming as the trees passed by, and from that excellent quality video, still shots were captured as well! You have to do this! And say hi to Alex for me!!!!

The Ultimate Zipline Adventure - My son and I had a blast. The staff was very helpful and informative. They were very professional and their prime goal was our safety. This is a must thing to do if you’re visiting Foxwoods. Don’t miss out on the fun.

CT trip - It was OK, The safety part was great as far as the instructions and review of gear. View was great but it was really slow going down. For some of the first timers, they really enjoyed it.

Slow and gentle - My three teenagers were bored. You just sit in a harness and slowly glide to the bottom. They were really disappointed. This activity would only be exciting for little kids or terrified older adults.

Terrible customer service. Lied. - 100% would NOT recommend. I was planning a 60th birthday party for my Mom. Emailed on 9/18 to be sure they were open on 10/28. Email response on 9/18 said yes, 10/29 was their last day. 9/21 went to book and the open slots were all gone. I called and spoke with Alex (who I had to ask for his name) who said they are closed that weekend. When I referenced the email he said that the decision to close was made 4 days ago. The email response saying they were open was only 3 days ago. When I called him out oh his lie he said they were in “negotiations” when he responded to my email. When I asked to speak to his supervisor claimed he was the supervisor. The 3 hotel rooms rented, almost $1,500 is all a waste. The whole point was the zipline. I would not trust your safety with a man/company that has no problem lying to clients.
