• Lake Leelanau - Lake Leelanau is a quaint Northern Michigan town accessible by water. Here, you can go ashore and enjoy wine tastings, at the Northern Latitudes Distillery, or grab a to-go meal to eat on the boat from one of the local restaurants.

• Leland - Another option to go ashore on Lake Leelanau is Leland. Explore historic Fish Town or go for a dip in Lake Michigan at Van’s Beach. Leland has many shops to explore and there is something for everyone! A dip in the crystal clear Leland River is highly recommended on those hot summer days!

• Boathouse Vineyards - We can stop in at the Boathouse Vineyard, conveniently located in the narrows separating South Lake Leelanau from North Lake Leelanau. • Cedar River - Explore the mouth of the Cedar River where it meets Lake Leelanau. This is a seldom-visited part of the lake that hosts a variety of wildlife including loons and bald eagles. This corner of the lake is also a great place to explore the history of Lake Leelanau and examine its former history as a logging area, examining the root structures of largely intact trees that were logged decades ago.
