Jet skiing 💙 - This was so much fun! Definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Was great seeing the island and some cays and sand bars. Would do this again for sure💙

Great activity to do! - This was a fun experience. We saw a lot of reviews about hidden fees but they are misleading. There is both paid and free parking when you arrive and paid was two tiers when we got there. You can pay per hour or full day, just ask questions before blindly accepting a charge. Alex was our guide and he took good care of us ensuring safe and smooth experience as well as being knowledgeable one able to answer many questions. The jet skis were in good working condition. We would recommend.

So fun! - So beautiful and so fun!! The people were so nice and made the trip so enjoyable! We had a great time!

Fun adventure in beautiful water - Fun time zooming on the jet ski to a few locations. Eel was a wonderful guide: some local information, fast enough to be fun, never felt unsafe, tooka few photos for us, had a smile on his face. Loved it!!

Amazing ! - This was the highlight of our week long trip to Turks and Caicos. We had such a great time exploring the shipwreck, Iguana Island, and various other sandbars. Our guide was knowledgeable and very friendly. Would highly recommend!

Excellent - Nice people everyone was friendly … we did the jetski tour for 2 hours the staff was cool and helpful the water is amazing!

Many hidden fees after you book. - The trip itself was good but the company was not professional and they nickel and dime you. For example, they get you for an extra $20 for insurance, charge to pick you up even if close by, charge you to hold your keys if you don’t want them getting wet, and you have to pay for parking if you drive yourself. Also, they fail to answer the phone if you have a question before you come.

Ripped off - We showed up to our experience which had been pre-booked online. I signed my waiver and confirmed that we had paid. My friend and I were then taken down to the jet skis and told to each board one jet ski. We went on the tour which was nice - we saw the shipwreck and got to explore it, went to iguana island, and then were informed that if we wanted to still make it to the third stop we would get back late and be charged, so we skipped it. Apparently our guide did not think to inform us that our pace was “too slow” until that point. We also did not receive any information about any of our destinations, I know nothing more about the ship wreck or island than when I arrived. After returning to the dock area, we were pulled inside and scolded for going on two jet skis, since our pre-paid experience apparently only covered one jet ski, despite our guide telling us to get on two, even when I clarified. Because we were two young female travelers and scared we just paid for the second one (an additional $350 that was not in our budget at all). However it is disgusting that they would bully us and scare us into this despite it not being our error, with no room for compromise at all. I would not recommend this company or tour whatsoever.

Tour operating cut the 2... - Tour operating cut the 2 hour tour short by an hour plus on account of rain and refused to refund the cost in any way. Also - they charged for transportation services but made stops along the way when a cab would have been the same price and a direct drop off. Overall, very disappointed in the experience.

Scam - You will need to refund our the charge you all palced on the amex. My wife and drove all the way across the island to get to carribean cruisin only for them to tell us they didn't have a reservation for us and sent us away. It was an entire wasted day on a short vacation. You all need to do better.
