Captain Sellassie and His... - Captain Sellassie and His team member both were extremely professional, courtesy, and accommodating. They took great care of us! The experience was definitely a 10 out of 10! If I’m ever in on the island again, it’s no question, I’ll definitely rebook them!

Relaxing day on the water - Fun experience on the water. Priced more reasonably than the other boats we took on this trip. Went to several places to snorkel. Took a slow cruise around the island. Kids had a blast.

It was absolutely fantastic. - Captain Craig and Thomas were the best. They were very informative, welcoming and helpful. We had our 76 year old mom and they took great care of her while snorkeling and to get her out to see Iguana Island. We recommend and will book them again.

Would do it again in a heartbeat! - We loved our half-day with Captain Ben’s team. It was fabulous and they knew exactly where we should go and timed it perfectly so we didn’t have to compete with the masses. Would totally recommend!!!!!

Best Experience - Captain Craig and the young man Jilano were awesome. We were a group of 9 and they made our experience wonderful. This was the best thing we did at the island. We had the most fun and the stop at Noah's Ark was Unreal. We even had snorkeling gear if we wanted to snorkel and the rum punch was so good. We will definitely party work Captain Craig and Jilano again

Excellent Private Boat Day - Excellent day. Captain Sellassie and his crew Sterling and Clyde took care of all day. Didn’t lift a finger. We got snorkeling, sand barring, cruising and ended our trip at Noah’s Ark. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an elevated experience. We also met Ben, who was captaining another boat that day. Will remember this amazing boat day for quite some time.

Sailing, Sunken Ship and Snorkel Turks and Caicos - The pristine green and blue waters of Turks and Caicos are breathtaking on this catamaran and we were able to snorkel to a sunken ship and sun ourselves on white sand beaches. I wish there would have been more than just Tostitos and Chex Mix as the snack given that our tour took off at 8am.

Poor service - Turns out there were 2 catamaran’s and the captains didn’t know which group was supposed to go on each one (we ended up in a different one from the confirmation) once on board they made us switch with the other group, this took 30min at least. Both the captain and his assistant were drinking the whole time, snacks were a bag of chips, bathrooms and kitchen were dirty, beaches were beautiful

Last Minute Cancel, like other reviews - I scheduled 2 boat trips for next week and they just emailed me, canceling both of our cruises. I booked almost 6 months ago. I saw other similar reviews saying they canceled last minute, hoping we wouldn't experience the same. This was a special boat trip for my wife's 40th bday, now there's no chance of finding a private boat this late. Terrible!

Horrible customer service - Booked 3 months in advance and then they cancelled the day before the excursion via email with no explanation, I attempted to call and was not able to get a person on the phone. They obviously do not care about customers
