Worth it for Lego fans and young kids! - I honestly had a good time here! I was 14 when I went with my Aunt, Uncle, and Lego-loving cousin in 2023 and even though this is not comparable to Lego Land it is still super cool. The small dark ride in the beginning was unexpected and a very entertaining addition to the experience, the rides after definitely appeal more to young children, but parents and older siblings/cousins can definitely still have fun seeing the other exhibits like the Lego scale model of Boston and virtual reality experience. Overall, it is not a must do on a trip to Boston for everyone, but if you have young children or Lego fans in the family, the price is worth the experience!

Small center - It’s a small Lego center. We booked the tickets with virtual reality, Lego collectibles and photos. Overall, I didn’t find the experience worth the cost. There are only 2 photo opportunities for which we got free digital photos included with the price of admission. The VR experience consists of 5-6 chairs with VR goggles.
We did catch a 4D movie which was cute.
My son absolutely loves Lego and was super excited.
Personally, I wouldn’t go back to this particular Lego discovery center.

Very crowded - Very crowded because school vacation so not all activities available unless you wanted to wait a long time. But the workshop with the master builder was amazing and grandson enjoyed it immensely

Skip it! - Deceptive pricing both online and in person. It was also very overpriced! Over $100 for two adults and one kid; Plus there was still more to pay for once inside. Very disappointing!

Tourist Trap - Too expensive for what it offers, not enough rides, not enough legos to play, kid was disappointed and so was I… DONT BUY THE LEGO MINI BUILD it’s the same model for each ticket (I got stuck with the same model for each ticket) and DONT BUY THE DIGITAL PHOTOS, it’s just 2 pictures…. Please avoid this

There is no customer support available - I ordered tickets online, but the receipt never arrived. FAQs indicated to call customer support hotline, but did not give a number. So I spent a load of money for tickets I can’t access and no way to get help. Just splendid. So I sent an email requesting help and got an automated reply that they don’t monitor their email daily and it may take up to 48 hours for a reply. Again, not at all helpful when my tickets are supposed to be for the next day. All around, a horrible experience since we never got to get in.

Don’t go! - Sooooo disappointing! Maybe a 3-5 year old can benefit, but for anyone else it is boring, overpriced and poorly organized.
Even the “ride” was amateur and not worth the 20-minute wait.
The entry procedure is clunky and tickets purchased here don’t even work without a second step.
Save your money or spend it on a LEGO set at Costco for hours of enjoyment for all ages.
