Great tour from Jakarta with Neti! Volcano, tea plantations, local market, delicious food, and even held a civet. Highly recomme - Our tour from Jakarta with Neti was an unforgettable experience. Standing at the crater of the volcano, we could truly feel the immense power beneath us – it was as if we were standing on something alive, something so vast and incredible that it’s hard to even imagine. The tea plantations were another highlight, with their vibrant greenery stretching gracefully across the mountain slopes. The beauty of the tea trees and the serenity of the landscape made it feel like we were walking through a painting. We also had the chance to taste authentic Indonesian cuisine at a local restaurant. The flavors were rich, diverse, and absolutely delicious – a true reflection of the country’s culture and heritage. Our stop at the local market was another memorable part of the trip. We tried incredibly sweet and juicy pineapples, and to our delight, we even found soursop, which was a unique treat. And to make the day even more special, we had the unique opportunity to hold and pet a civet (luwak), an experience we won’t soon forget. Overall, this tour was a perfect blend of nature, culture, and adventure, and we highly recommend it!

Super eventful day - An all-round successful day. We have seen rice cultivation in different gradations, pineapple, tea plantations and an imposing volcano. Tea and coffee tasting and a massage in the water of the hot springs was also a new experience. Our guide Neti is a very friendly, humorous woman, who could explain everything to us super well and also responded to our (special) wishes willingly. Our driver Lukman drove us safely and quickly. Very friendly, humorous and helpful. Neti and Lukman are both a great team, I would book with them again.

Very nice day, beautiful scenery, tons of information from our guide Ms Neti - We enjoyed this whole day very much. Our guide Ms Neti and the driver (sorry I don't know how to write his name) were very helpful and nice, we learnt a lot about the history of the country and many subjects thanks to Ms Neti openness and fluent English. The volcano was a first for us, and very impressive to look at and listen to! The rice fields look really nice and I particularly enjoyed taking pictures of the tea plantation. We tasted for the second time some Luwak coffee, bought some to bring back, and finished the day with a sweet ananas. Many thanks to Ms Neti and Andira Holiday Xavier & Hà-Dê

12 hours with the full flavor of Bandung - Convenient pickup at 7 a.m. at my hotel. The guide Mr. Rana and the driver were super friendly and helpful in any aspect. We took the new highway out of Jakarta and after 45 min left the last outskirts of the city behind us. I was the only guest, booking was done just one day before. We did an extensive tour to the countryside, the contrast to the megacity of Jakarta could not have been more striking. We passed through villages and went uphill into the mountains. We stopped at a rice plantation where the village chief guidef us around personally through the little factory and the village. We went to hot springs where I took a relaxing bath. Following that we went to a coffee plantation where they produced Lewak coffee, which gets refined in a very special manner. We went on to a crater of a smaller vulcano which was active with sulfurous steam you could smell already when approaching the area. After typical lunch at a nice open air restaurant we finally saw a tea plantation including the factory. A very kind employee explained all the processing steps to me until we got served a cup of this very tea growing all around us. Good stuff! This trip was not cheap but given what was offered on this 12 hour tour it was worth every penny. Just awesome. If you have a whole day to spent, go for it!

Happy father and son trip - A clinical testimony would state first that this company is customer-friendly, very professional and reliable. The guide and driver we were provided, namely Ms. Neti and Mr. Fandi, were a godsend. Everything was awesome to visit and see, especially the volcano crater which was a humbling experience, but the most enjoyable part of this trip was being with and around our guide Ms. Neti. I highly recommend booking this tour when you visit Jakarta. Thank you Andira Holiday, and thank you Ms. Neti!

Great day out! - Ms Neti was truly lovely to spend the day with! My little one (3) is still talking about her weeks later. The tour is very well done just be aware that there is lots of drive time! Both the guide and the driver were friendly and accommodating and allowed us ample time at each stop. We did and saw so much and never felt rushed. Neti clearly enjoys her work and excels at it! She explained clearly each stop to us and other information but also shared stories with us like a dear friend. She took genuine interest in our toddler and family so that the day felt joyful and familiar. She is fantastic!

Great fitness test. Make sure you carry local currency to get into certain sites. - Be careful of the free tour guides. They will appear very helpful and assist with photos and information and then swindle you by charging 5 times the price for items they are selling. Very sad as they claim to not want money but ask you to buy something and they rip you off.
