Cerro Negro - The tour couldn't have gone smoother. After booking I had additional questions and Franklin from the tour company was prompt to respond to answer my questions and accommodate any additional needs. On the day of the hike our guide, Miguel, and the driver, Jorge, were at the hotel to pick us up almost 10 minutes early and didn't rush us to finish our breakfast. The ride to the volcano was smooth and the hike up was incredible. Miguel had loads of information and was incredibly friendly. He took pictures for us and even recorded us boarding with his personal GoPro and later transferred the videos to one of our phones. I would recommend Franklin and his team to anyone without hesitation.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE - Very very nice experience overall. The tour guide and the driver were both nice. The guide was very knowledgeable, helpful and willing to take pictures of me and my friend.
I forgot my jacket in the van and I realized it after we were dropped off at the hotel. The driver drove back and left it at the hotel’s front desk for me. Highly recommend the activity and this tour agency! Thank you guys!

Excellent experience. Great service. - Franklin organized my trip before I arrived. Sergio was my guide for the day. I was picked up early from the hotel. They had a local carry my board up to the top of the volcano at no additional cost to me. It was a hot hike up, but since I was a solo traveler, Sergio allowed me to go at my own pace. The trail that I boarded down was a little slow at first, with a couple of dips that I had to wiggle my way out of, but eventually it picked up quite a bit of speed. You essentially use your legs to help you stop or go faster. Hopefully you have enough core strength to stop yourself from tipping to the left or too far to the right. The views make the hike worked while. It was fun and exciting.

Amazing Tour and Awesome Guide - Sergio was an excellent guide. My husband and I were picked up promptly and supplied with all the gear we needed for the tour. I was nervous about this activity because I’m out of shape and not a “hiker” but Sergio was patient and kind. He didn’t rush me or make me feel bad when I wanted to stop for a quick break. Sergio is knowledgeable about the area and has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend the private tour with Sergio as your guide!

AMAZING Day - Franklin was an incredible guide and really looked after us. I was a bit slow going up the volcano but he kept coming back and checking on me. He taught us some salsa moved at the top and had the tunes going throughout. The boarding was AWESOME. I was scared but once I got going it was AMAZING. Would 💯 do this again and can't recommend it enough. We also got all the videos and photos he took within 24hrs.

Amazing experience - Amazing experience! We had our private tour with Miguel. He was very knowledgeable and made the experience a lot of fun! Definitely something you do not want to miss when visiting Nicaragua!

Incredible Cerro Negro Trip - Miguel was our guide....very knowledgeable. The hike took some effort but not difficult by any means. Plenty of stops for photo opps. The views are amazing to say the least

Fantastic tour - As someone who has travelled to over 90 countries now I have tried and tested various tours and day trips and i must say this was one of the best I have ever been on.
The organiser was very thorough explaining everything, he even went above and beyond his duty to take us to a separate tour straight after volcano boarding.
His photography and editing skills are what make this experience even more special.
More tour operators need to use this as a benchmark of how to operate fun and safe activities.

Team that goes above and beyond - End to end their team took care of every detail. Got us around 400 near professional photos and videos of the experience alongside an excellent guide and an amazing hike and experience. Highly recommend going with these guys. Those couple of extra dollars go a long way in getting quality service!
