Cenote Fun - The whole experience was great! The guides were a lot of fun and took great care of us. The only downside was the taco tasting. It was not good and you could really tell the people who got the tacos included in the tasting compared to the tacos that people were ordering. They were much much smaller portions of meat. We would have rather ended the tour and headed right back to the resort.

Awesome Experience! - I really enjoyed this excursion! My husband and I were looking for something a little different than ATV’s and Ziplining. This was such a great option, we visited 3 cenotes and our tour guide, Kevin was so fun and helpful throughout the whole experience. We were picked up and dropped off directly from our resort, making it a breeze to get to and from. We had a great tequila tasting as well featuring some of the local tequilas. They gave us drinks (soda, water, beer) after the second cenote. All of the cenotes had jumping points, but the third one had a zip line you can use to get into the water as well. Showers, restrooms, and changing rooms were available at the third cenote as well. After the third stop, we went back to the park area and received 2 tacos that were really yummy! It was a good portion for a snack for sure. We spent about 30 minutes at each cenote, and we had a photographer capturing images for purchase at the end. Overall I think it was an awesome value for the cost and I’d recommend the excursion!

Cenote excursion - Very cool experience to learn about the cenotes and how they are all connected. We swam in three today in the jungle! We had fun guides who made it a memorable experience! Ebo and Matt were the best! We ended the day with a Mayan snack and entertainment in the jungle! The open air bus ride was a bit bumpy for awhile getting down to the pools but sitting towards the front definitely helps!

Nice trip out - Great trip, very enjoyable and the cenotes were lovely. The kitchen at the end for the snacks were very chaotic and communication was poor about being picked up. The collection and pick up time wasn’t clear.

Middle of the Road Excursion - We had high hopes for this tour, unfortunately, it was just a middle of the road excursion for us. Let me first start by saying, the actual cenotes that we visited were VERY cool and we loved this part of the excursion. Our tour guides were very friendly and helpful (apologies for not writing down their names, as they definitely deserved some recognition). Here is why we are giving this tour 3 stars... First, you arrive to use the bathrooms and then they take you to their gift shop. The gift shop - they want you to buy sunscreen, boat shoes, etc, etc. No, I don't want to buy anything. Next, they let you sample a margarita. Prior to the tour getting started, you sit and wait for about an hour and it almost feels like you sit there so that you can buy margaritas and spend more money. No, I don't want to buy a margarita, we just want the tour to start. After the cenote tour, we get our "snack" which was great, but it was a small street taco. From there, they hand you a menu and ask if you want to order more food. The food prices were astronomical. No, we will not be buying more stuff. We ultimately find out that our bus driver wouldn't be picking us up for 1 to 1.5 hours, so we sat there foreverrrrrrrr. In the midst of all that, you get to watch a Mayan dance and the lady stands at your table waiting to be tipped. Then the tour guides walk around with a box and they ultimately won't leave your table until you tip them. Then the photographers walk around and they try to sell you on the photos. The prices were insane, no thank you. Then they go negotiate with their boss, come back and try to sell you the photos at a lower price. No thank you. Ultimately, the 4hr excursion was not 4hrs. Pickup was at 800am and we didn't get back to the resort until about 315pm. Were the cenotes cool, yes. Would I do this excursion again, no. Would I recommend this excursion to family/friends, no. The dog and pony show, spend money spend money spend money, got old really fast. We were happy to be back at the resort and we all decided that we would not be leaving the resort for the remainder of our stay.
