- Modena - To allow our guests to live this unique experience and to taste our wines and vinegars directly where they are produced, we opened our cellar and our vinegar cellar (“Acetaia”) for visits. Get to know how the unique flavors of our table were born, take the time for a pleasant discovery and see first-hand the most authentic fruits of the territory.
Over the years several other typical varieties of the territory were also planted, such as the Trebbiano di Modena, whose grapes are necessary for the production of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, in addition to Malbo Gentile, Moscato and Fiano.
