For A/H (Airport to Hotel) transfers, a professional driver will greet you at the arrival hall exit with a Name Board displaying your name. The complimentary waiting time is 1 hour beyond the actual arrival time, providing a total of 2 hours of free waiting time after landing. This allows ample time to pass through airport border control, customs, visa checks, and luggage collection procedures. Please provide the pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off address.

For H/A (Hotel to Airport) transfers, the meeting point is in your hotel lobby. The driver will be there with your Name Board at the appointed time. Typically, pick-up is scheduled 3.5 hours before international flights and 2.5 hours before domestic flights. During peak hours or at certain airports, an additional hour or more may be necessary to ensure timely arrival. Please provide the pick-up name, flight number, and airport terminals.
