After arriving in Lhasa, you will be accommodated in a hotel booked by a travel agency. After arriving in Lhasa, try to avoid going out and rest well to adapt to altitude sickness.
Tips: Lhasa is 3650 meters above sea level, and the oxygen content is only 70% of the mainland. Most guests will have different degrees of altitude sickness in the first 2 days.
