Tamarindo to Liberia airport - Took car from Tamarindo to Liberia airport. Driver came 15 mins early, and we got a notification that he had arrived. Clean car. The driver was courteous and helpful, although quiet. (little English)

My go to for transportation - They’re my go to whenever I need to go to Liberia airport (multiple times per year). They’re on time, never cancel, and their fees are as posted online. No hidden fees compared to other companies we have used in the past. The drivers are very personable and professional.

Excellent Service - Native's Way was very helpful in my private transport from Liberia airport to Monteverde. Because Immigration/Customs often takes 1/2 hr to 45 minutes +
to get through, I was not arriving early enough to be assured to meet the shared shuttle. I arranged for the private shuttle. The driver was very kind and helpful. He had not been to Monteverde before and was happy to learn about the new destination. Fortunately, I knew my way to my destination and was able to help navigate to the spot. It was an easy 2.5 hour drive up the mountain. I corresponded with the service several times regarding the best choice for transport. They are reliable and happy to accommodate.

Good transfer service - We used this service for a shared shuttle back to Liberia airport from Tamarindo. The driver was on time and professional and we felt that the service was a good value for the price. $60 usd for two. Would use again.

Incredible Experience - Wow. I'm from the US and I've lived in CR since right before COVID. I've experienced some really unfortunate and unpleasant experiences with these sorts of situations. I ordered a private shuttle from Liberia to Tamarindo and it was extremely clean and comfortable (it probably seated 6-7 people). The organizer was extremely responsive, kind, understanding and diligent with everything necessary for a smooth transfer. My driver was there at 3:20pm which was 10mins early. He was such a sweet man as was the lady who organized the trip. She spoke perfect English, so that was helpful because my Spanish still needs more work. Anyway, highly recommend....top notch service.

10/10 Experience! - My driver was waiting right outside of the airport with a sign and the van was large, clean and air conditioned. My driver was incredibly kind, he even stopped and bought me a water when since I did not have one. He drove very safely and we arrived on time. He even made sure I got into my building safely before leaving. Looking forward to my ride back from the airport!

Large group multiple transfers - Amazing job!! - I contacted Native’s Way via email about 6 months before my destination wedding in Playa Flamingo inquiring about private transportation for all the guests arriving (59 people). Morgan was unbelievably helpful and patient with me! We had 16 guests on the first arrival (Wednesday) 40 on the second arrival (Thursday); 3 on the third arrival (Friday). They provided the return transportation back to the airport also for Monday and Wednesday for everyone also! There were many changes to the passenger list / number of people on each transportation as people booked their flights and Morgan was more than helpful! The drivers get a ton of credit for getting all of our luggage in the buses and navigating the roads getting all our guests to and from the airport safe and sound!
We also did a private Rincon de la Vieja National park tour for 20 of our guest which was incredible!!! I will try to post a separate review for that as well.
Overall- i highly recommend using Natives Way. They were professional, patient, accommodating, and so friendly.

Quick and Easy - We used the shuttle service to and from the Liberia airport! This service was quick and easy to use. They arrive to pick you up promptly. The drive to and from Tamarindo is about an hour and twenty-thirty minutes. We did have a slight hiccup with communication after contacting to see if switching times to a later pickup would be possible. And we were told that we could just call if we had a delay when we arrived, and they would be there to pick us up. When we called, they had moved our time to 3:30 when the pickup time was 1:30 pm. After talking to an argumentative representative, we were able to get a shuttle within an hour. The driver was very apologetic and helpful, though!

Good shuttle - The service was good. When I arrived in Costa Rica my driver was 15 mins late so I had to wait outside in the hot sun but he was very friendly. My shuttle going back to the airport was great. He was on time and friendly and got me to the airport in time for my flight. I would book their service again
