Costa Rica Vacation - We had an excellent experience with this travel agency. We booked for Sport fishing and snorkelling combo. When the weather turned unfavorable, the owner Big PaPi proactively informed us and promptly refunded our money, understanding that our family wouldn’t fully enjoy the trip. Their professionalism, honesty, and customer-first approach truly impressed us. Unbelievable Trip thanks to our AMAZING GUIDES! - We had the best experience in Costa Rica when it came to picking our excursions. We Met Aron Soleto on the beach of our resort, and he helped us book the excursions that met all of our items on the to do list while on vacation. The highlight was our tour with Alex Solis! A must on our list was see sloths and the hot springs. He gave us a very well guided tour of what the Real Costa Rica was like, information about the history and how Costa Rica came to be. We very much enjoyed our full day of exploring!

Private tour of CR is the way to go! - 5-star experience with Gino! The private transportation was the best value for our family on this full day trip. We stopped at a local waterfall, visited a sloth farm with the chance to spot other wild life, stopped for lunch at a local restaurant, and ended with mud baths at El Guayacan. All entry fees were included with the tour. Gino is the man! He is like your favorite uncle - knowledgeable on all things Costa Rica, funny, and personable. He was very easy to talk to, answered our many, many questions, and we felt safe with him as our guide. We needed to make a stop to a pharmacy for our child and he was incredibly helpful. We highly recommend Gino, and Aron with Costa Rica Xplores. Thank you for a memorable trip.

Best ever waterfall jungle excursion, very affordable, Big Papi Aaron and compadres are great friends to the beach. - Melvin our guide was very informative of all aspects of Costa Rica, we never felt rushed and he is now a great friend. Tour with Javier - All the credit goes to Javier who went beyond my expectations. I booked for this tour at the last minute, and I enjoyed every single minute of it. Javier was very knowledge about the area and shared a lot of stories for different places. We became a good amigo after the tour. He really made this one special. The forest, volcano, hot springs, waterfall... It was simply amazing.

Volcona Adventure at Costa Rica - Jino was the Tour guide and did an excellent job with the tours. He was very knowledgable and friendly.

Volcano adventure - Our tour guide, Gino, was fantastic. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Gino took every available opportunity to educate us on the local wildlife and vegetation. He knew so much about Costa Rican history and culture, and shared everything with us. Gino even took a detour to buy some local, seasonal fruit for us to try. My family and I rode horses to remote locations where we explored 3 different waterfalls, some that involved crossing intimidating hanging bridges through the forest. They were all extremely gorgeous. Gino never hesitated to take pictures and videos of my family and I. He was insistant that when we went home, we had so many memories to look back on. We even enjoyed the drives from our hotel, where Gino informed us about the towns we passed through, the schools that we saw, and even about his own family. Gino made our first trip to Costa Rica a special adventure for us to remember, always. We have already recommended Costa Rica Xplores and Gino to some friends of ours who plan to visit Costa Rica in July. Mega Combo trip with Rene’ - We did the Mega Combo with Rene. It was a fantastic experience…just René and our family. Although it felt like René went out of his way to make this a great trip, I suspect he does this for everyone he hosts. We did zip lining, horseback riding, a water slide down the mountain, a nice lunch, mud baths, sauna, and hot springs. René gave us flexibility in what we did and for how long. On the way back he even stopped at the Walmart for us to get a few supplies. René took a gazillion pictures and videos for us which allowed all of us to totally enjoy the moment. We appreciate Aron “Big Papi” for arranging to tour and making it all so easy. Great experience and memories for our entire family!!

Great first experience touring Costa Rica! - Thank you Gino for touring us today! The Blue River/Volanco mud bath/Sloths/toucan 'hunt' experience was amazing. Your driving was impressive, especially with the winding roads and rough terrain. You were very accommodating and showed us some really cool spots. Thank you as well for the mangoes/mangas!

Don't be deterred if you are pitched for a tour on the beach! - At first it seems a bit sketchy being solicited on the beach before a tour. But once you take the time to that, this company, the other reviews, you realize they are legitimate and professional. Aron picked a tour that worked well for our group with young children. He communicated with us prior to our trip and was there in the morning at our resort to introduce us to our tour guide, Gino. Van was clean, comfortable. water was provided. And lots of interesting facts about Costa Rica were shared throughout the day, including maps. A lot of time spent driving for sure, but really wonderful to see the country. Gino was incredible. Pleasant, knowledgeable, professional. And each one of our stops, he knew people. Other tour guides seemed to look up to him. Great singer too! 😊 swimming at the waterfall was a great start to the morning. For us, lunch was the high point of the day. Traditional Costa Rican food prepared in a beautiful setting. The coffee was fantastic!! Learned a lot about rainforests and the climates of Costa Rica. Finished the day at the volcano and hot springs with a mud bath and soak. Cannot recommend Aron, Gino, and Costa Rica Xplores any higher. Great service. Long day, very worth it.
