Dream experience - My recent trip to Liège, Maastricht, and Aachen was an unforgettable cultural adventure. Liège welcomed me with its vibrant energy and charming mix of old and new, highlighted by the stunning Liège-Guillemins train station and the historic Carré district. Maastricht, a city rich in history and charm, offered a delightful stroll through cobblestone streets lined with elegant boutiques and cafes. The Basilica of Saint Servatius was a highlight, a testament to the city’s deep-rooted religious history. Aachen, with its impressive cathedral, was a perfect end to the tour, showcasing a blend of Romanesque and Gothic architecture. I was particularly enchanted by the Palatine Chapel, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The close proximity of these cities made it easy to explore them within a few days, yet each offered a distinct atmosphere and experience. The food was delightful, with local delicacies like Liège waffles and Dutch cheese being must-tries. Overall, this tour was a perfect mix of culture, history, and culinary delights.⚜️

A great experience across borders - This tour was miraculous and awesome, going through three countries in one day. Especially crossing the border by car was a valuable first for those of us who live in the island nation. I walked around feeling various differences. Our guide, Mr. joris, was very knowledgeable and taught us about Belgian, Dutch and German culture, history and language. We also enjoyed lots of local food. And he is a friendly, caring and reliable guide. We are happy to be part of a tour that is so fun. Thank you for everything. When you come to Belgium, I recommend you join Joris' tour.

Great adventure, great host - We absolutely loved this tour, and Joris was a great guide and host! As a local, he knows all the best spots, sometimes off the beaten path, that travelers wouldn't usually find. As a professional, he had a great cadence for the stops and activities and was able to match our energies; when we were talkative he conversed, when we were quiet he let us rest. He had coffee for the early morning start when we needed it and plenty of snacks and meals along the way.
