Thoroughly recommend - A really interesting array of vehicles. Very well laid out and easy to navigate, with lifts to upper floors. The vehicles exhibited, covered many era's and included film, tv and royal vehicles.

10:10. A GREAT Day and would recommend to all lovers of English Cars.. - I had heard about this place for a while, as I am keen follower of all things English cars related. I booked the ticket from New Zealand to ensure that I did not miss out, booked the train from London and set off.. The trip from the station to the museum wasn’t as clear as could have been, but of course this isn’t a museum issue, but just pointing out for travellers from afar. The minute I saw the museum I was impressed, just amazing, from the wire Range Rover to the entrance and the friendly people at the counters, I was in heaven, it is AMAZING…. I could go on for hours about the amazing vehicles, the superb stories about every single car and the way it was layed out. Just 100%.. The range, the history, how well spaced the cars were and the ability to actually get up close and touch them, photograph them with ease and just wander about and enjoy. It truly is world class. The separate area with the Jaguar collection downstairs was just magic, and the upstairs huge selection of cars in reality waiting their turn to take pride of place in future exhibitions. It would be amazing to be double the size, and one day it probably will be, but the fact that the cars in what is effect storage, are available to also look at, read the history and enjoy is also just amazing. If you have an interest in the history of classic English cars, then this place is an absolute must. They have done a SUPERB job of everything from front to back door.. I would have liked some more stuff in the gift shop such as sweatshirts with the car brands, and that is not a criticism at all, but I would have loved to have taken home something to remember the place by. I hope that one day I can return and share with others. THANK YOU.

Absolutely amazing. A must see. - This is a must for any car lover . Very reasonable entrance fee and great coffee shop. As for the museum itself it is fantastic. I had traveled from Ireland to meet an old friend I had not met for almost 5 years and we spent almost 4 hrs strolling around the cars and renewing old memories from our youth with some of the displays . You can even see motors from classic TV shows and movies. Fools and horses and Bond to mention a few.

Very interesting museum, even for people who are not car fanatics - Many motor museums are a bit like a mass of cars with no consideration of layout, aesthetics and how to engage the non car fanatic. This is not the case at the British Motor Museum. Yes there are a huge range of cars but these are beautifully displayed, in a coherent and interesting way. I was surprised by how professional the displays are. You get a real sense of motoring and the motor industry in Britain over the years and its role in our social history. There are volunteers on hand to give you further information and we would particularly like to thank Neil, a volunteer at the Collections Centre, for telling us the stories which brought the exhibits to life. Well worth the admission charge as we were there for four hours.

I would highly recommend visiting this fantastic museum with very passionate and knowledgeable staff working there. Thank you

Great Museum for Car Enthusiasts - Amazing museum if you love British cars. Spent 4+ hours going through the museum. Once. I felt like I missed a lot, but they were closing and I had to leave the next day. Bummer. They have hundreds on display and you can ever watch a restoration in progress. The volunteers are incredibly knowledgeable. I learned a lot of things I didn’t know.

Good experience for British car enthusiasts - We expected something better than that. This place is good if you like British cars, it's more for British cars enthusiasts. We bought tickets from Tesco discounts so I'm glad we did not spend money.
