Everything excellent, except the entrance to machupichu, by the section I play in machupichu - Everything was super, except that I didn't have the view I wanted of machupichu, because I didn't understand the explanation of the 3 sections into which the post is divided and the truth of how I liked section 2

Reliable and efficient tour operator - The tour company is organized, efficient, and reliable. Once landed in Lima, they had staff waiting for us and transferred us to a hotel. They provided detailed instructions on the way to the hotel and every day for the next day's plan. Their guides are experienced and friendly. Our arrival flight was delayed and they were flexible to modify our itinerary to make it work. I highly recommend this company!

Vipac good, except for your coordinator John, shit! - Everything was very good... attention from the guides on the tour, especially Miguel and Frank.. who were the best in everything! Negative point was the Cusco Coordinator, John. Total lack of attention.. the information always minimal, always missing something... The main negative point of this citizen, was the day we went to take the train to Aguas Calientes and had a problem with the Peru Rail, our train broke and did not arrive at the station. It was already known by the Vipac team at the time, we were informed and we thought it was just a delay. As the situation unfolded, we realized that we were the only ones in the Station without the support of their Guide to solve the problem. When I sent a msg to John asking for help, his answer was .. the Peru Rail will resolve... However, with more than two hours of delay we had already realized that they were only getting on board the passengers who were with the Guide at the station pressing the Peru Rail to board their passengers... I passed sending messages to John to ask for some help, but I was simply ignored.. he no longer answered me... Conclusion... we only managed to board after 3 hours of delay and with the help of another Guide who had already boarded his passengers on a train before. He stayed with me and my wife pressuring the Peru Rail agent to board us... and managed to put us on the train that soon arrived.. if it wasn't for the goodwill of this Guide, who asked not to be identified, we ⁇ 't have boarded, because our ticket to Machu Picchu was only the next day... For me, this kind of John should not even be part of Vipac.. he is not compatible with the people I was treated there, an absurd what he did.. To illustrate... I ⁇ what happened to him at 12:17 and he replied at 12:57, saying that Peru Rail would resolve... Again I asked for help at 13:46 at 13:57, and I was ignored... I only received a message from him at 21:25 p.m., with the next day's schedule and not a simple question if my departure had worked! A real unprepared...
