Pachacamac Tour - Excellent experience, we toured the museum, the ruins and the guide explained everything very well. The most impressive thing is to see the god Pachacamac at the end of the tour and see all the ornaments that were found in the excavations

Great excursion - A perfectly organized private tour with only four participants. Moses, our tour guide, told us about the importance of Pachacamac during the trip. He shared his vast knowledge with us in an interesting way. The whole thing was a great enrichment.

Nice place - Nice place to visit. Not far from the city but you need a tour operator to go. They don’t allow to visit it by yourself

Enjoyable trip to Pachacamac - Roxanna was our guide and Jorge was our driver. Roxanna was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed our visit to Pachacamac, if anything I would have liked more time there!

Quick trip to ancient history - It was very nice as a solo traveler to not have a surprise upgrade fee when I was the only one to go. I just got a private tour, which was great. As far as the tour goes, a really nice half day visiting the central area of Barranco and then a great walk around the site and a tour of the museum. My guide was super knowledgeable about the site itself, but also taught me so much about local culture and offered a bunch of helpful tips. Oh, English was very good too. Thanks Josselyn!

Great experience! - Had a wonderful trip to Pachacamac with my tour guide Jhoselin and driver Diego. They were right on time with my hotel pickup, and Jhoselin was very knowledgeable about the site! I learned many things about Lima also on the drive to and from.

What a joke of a company - Booked the tour, 1pm as available on the website. Day before received a message confirming at 9am pick up time. Wrote back (with a screenshot) to say I booked the 1pm tour. They said let me check, then confirmed I was booked on the 1pm tour but they had “no availability” and then in a subsequent message wrote “this is because the museum closes early” Is it because you had no availability or because the museum was closed? If the museum is closed, why is it available as an option to book at that time then? 6 days later, the same person messaged me from the company asking how my tour was. What tour, you cancelled it. They wrote back, Yes I’m sorry, wrong message. I couldn’t in good faith recommend this tour, travelling involves planning, and if you plan to do a tour, but then is cancelled the day prior with an unclear reason, it’s a big let down and leaves a hole in your day that you then need to try to fill. I can see from other reviews that something similar has happened with either a guide no showing, or tour being cancelled. I wish I saw those reviews first. I reached out to Viator with the problem and screenshots and they provided a refund on my purchase.

Didn't show, overbooked, poor communication - They never showed. I found a message that said they were overbooked, but that was hours after I paid and it was late in the day. When I tried to contact them by Viator and by phone I got nothing. That left 3 of us. There were 4, but one person gave up soon after the time we were scheduled to be picked up. Don't use this company. I did get a message later in the day saying my money would be refunded.
