An unforgettable journey through the history, culture and magic of Peru - Our trip to Peru has been one of the most exciting and enriching experiences of our life. From arrival in Lima, with its contrast between modernity and colonial heritage, to the stunning Andean south, every day was a discovery. In Lima we enjoy the Plaza de Armas, its imposing cathedral and the encounter between the Spanish legacy and the Inca tradition, to end seeing the Pacific in the Park of Love. Arequipa surprised us with its white ashlar architecture and the charm of its volcanoes guarding the city. In Puno, the experience of sailing Lake Titicaca and visiting the floating islands of the Uros left us speechless, understanding the strength and creativity of a people who still live ancestrally. Cusco was the heart of the trip: walking through its cobblestone streets, admiring its main square and discovering its historical heritage was a dream. The Sacred Valley, with its terraces and fortresses, reminded us of the greatness of the Incas and the mix of cultures that forged Peru’s identity. And, of course, Machu Picchu was the culmination of the journey: to see with our own eyes this wonder of the world was to fulfill a dream that we will keep forever. Throughout the tour, we not only enjoy spectacular landscapes and unique monuments, but also the warmth of its people, the richness of its gastronomy (tasting from ceviche to cuy) and the feeling of being traveling back in time. In short, Peru is not only a destination, it is a vital experience that connects you with history, nature and humanity. We recommend it 100% and will definitely come back.

A Journey and Several Hill - Peru was... a literal, emotional roller coaster. Cusco ES beautiful, but the air there stares at you and says, “Let’s see if you can hold on, champion.” EN between the cold, the height and my brain threatening to give me an epic migraine, I felt like I was on a reality DE survival. Anyway, every time I saw those mountains, lakes or little streets, I looked like an idiot watching, because DE's NO Instagram filter that beats that. Food was a separate chapter. I tried things that made me say “I need this EN life” and others that... EN, let’s say they will remain in the memory, but only as a funny anecdote. There were moments DE total silence, NO POR lack DE tema, but because I wanted to engrave everything EN head. I had things left POR do, yes, but I brought others worth more: stories, photos, and the certainty that if I return, I go with oxyge NO and a master plan to not die climbing a slope.

Experience in Peru - It's usually been great. All well organized and with very friendly guides. Something to improve would be that the time of the visits was not so fair, as we barely had free time after the explanations. I think it would be interesting if groups were organized on the excursions trying to match people, to facilitate contact.

Bad organization: Every day with group and all different nationalities - My friend and I were supposed to have hired an organized group tour with an accompanying guide. Well, for 12 days we have had a different group every day, we have never agreed with the same people although sometimes we did see the same people doing the same route or excursion but they did not put us together, so impossible to share the experience. They also put us in groups of people with different nationalities, for example on the day of the excursion to the Mountain of 7 colors our group was 6 Brazilians, 2 Italians and us (2 Spanish), not even with people of the same language to be able to talk. The guided tour of Cuzco was a total disaster!!!, guide Daniel a horror, had no initiative to drive the group and enforce the schedules, so of 5 places we saw Tambomachay and Puca Pucara spending a lot of time, 1 hour in each place, then he took us to a store which was totally unnecessary so that Sachayhuaman we did not see it complete, to Coricancha we almost did not see it, they were closing, they will turn off our lights and to see minimally something we had to turn on the flashlights of the mobile and the cathedral WE DID NOT SEE IT BECAUSE BY THE TIME WE TOOK THE GUIDE WAS ALREADY CLOSED. But what kind of guide is the one who does not even know the schedules of the monuments and does not control the times!!! In this group we went with some Portuguese (punctual) and some Colombians who entertained in everything, to whom we had to continuously wait, but it is the fault of the guide to let them do what they wanted and not enforce schedules and visits. Besides, his explanations were scarce. Consequence: my friend and I could not see the Coricancha, or the Cathedral because we were taking a flight. For a Spanish making this trip is an economic effort and is a distant destination with which it is a major damage to be left without seeing the scheduled because it is very very unlikely to make this trip again. On the other hand, I don’t understand the organization of this trip, every day with a group, sometimes alone, or with people of another nationality, when in the sites we met other Spaniards with whom we could have met. Very bad the location of the hotel in Puno, in fact it was 30 minutes by taxi from Puno, in another village where there was nothing to see or do. On top of that it was 2 nights, the first day they left us there at 16:30, as always my friend and I alone without being able to do anything and the second day the excursion ended at 12:30 and they wanted to take us back to the hotel to be there lost without doing anything. So we decided to stay in Puno and then pay for the taxi. First of all, the trip we hired said accommodation in Puno, not in another village and the hotel was not among those listed. The second 2 days in Puno is totally unnecessary, the city is ugly, it has almost nothing to do and Lake Titicaca is startled, you see in half a day, why 2 nights there? No one explains anything to you, communication is via WhatsApp where every day in the afternoon you are informed of pickup times. You only have the explanations of the different guides that explain a particular monument. Never a generic explanation of the country: its history, its culture, its economy, etc. We did not like the organization of the trip
