Jr. Colina 128 - You will start this culinary journey, with a Peruvian chocolate and cacao workshop

The experience will continue with Amazonian bites where you will learn about the flora and fauna of this unique region, and get more familiar with some foods that you probably never heard about before.

Then, it will be the Andes’ turn! Although we often refer to Peru’s three regions, you will learn that there’s more to it at this stop. You will be discovering through the interpretation of chef Ralf Zuñiga the savours of different spices and ingredients that grow in the Peruvian highlands.

We will then head to the next restaurant featuring the Pacific Coast. You will get to savour fresh fish, seafood and other unusual ingredients from the sea cooked in diversified and fascinating ways! And guess what: there will be dessert… if you can finish everything!

During this Lima Gourmet Tour, you will be invited to discover a series of exquisite bites that showcases how biodiversity-rich Peru is, while digging head-first into Peruvian history and culture. Every bite has a story to tell!

A Gastronomic Party with Manuel - I was with Manuel on this tour and it was the most fun I had in Lima. Manuel knows all the incredible places and gave us a chance to taste so many different Peruvian delicacies. He took us from place to place obviously very carefully crossing streets and jumping from here to there and having so much fun. Thank you Manuel for all the photos you sent us and for the great time we had thanks to all your experience at the center. Wow it was great and I definitely recommend this tour.

The best high end food tour in Lima - This was such a unique tour! Cecilia was wonderful, and was excited to share her knowledge of the many unique Peruvian ingredients used in the dishes we tried. The three restaurants we visited were great. Super trendy and delicious. We wouldn’t have found these places on our own. It was a ton of food, we were absolutely stuffed. And the cocktails were lovely! Can’t recommend highly enough.

One of a kind experience. - Best. Food. Tour. Ever. For 4 hours we learned about the different foods, styles and cultures of the coastal, highland and Amazonian foods. Our guide, Dulce, was personable and informative. We had several drinks and ate at three amazing restaurants with creative and delicious food. This is an EXCLUSIVE tour and we gained entrance into two of Lima’s top restaurants and were treated like VIP’s. If you want a unique and memorable food experience in Lima, this is a must!

Make sure you go hungry! - Lucia was our tour guide for this private tasting experience. We started at an artesinal chocolate place to taste different chocolates from all over Peru. The owner was an anthropologist who is helping small cocoa farmers market and sell their products for a fair price. We then went to 3 different restaurants that specialized in the food of specific regions, Amazonian, Coastal and Highlands. Very diverse. At the end we stopped at a very hip bar that handcrafts cocktails using made from scratch ingredients. Lucia is a chef and she created this tour to showcase the diversity of Peruvian cuisine. It was an awesome experience - and a lot of excellent food. Lucia is well known within the foodie community and you will be well taken care of on this tour.
