Superb walking food tour in Lima with knowledgeable and fun to guide, Hulk. - Our free walking food tour in Lima with Hulk was fantastic! Hulk’s a super friendly and knowledgeable tour guide, and his English is excellent. Hulk knew the food market area really well, so we got to feel fully immersed in the local Cuisine and daily life. We simply paid for our food and gave Hulk a tip at end of tour. Definitely 5 stars 🌟 experience! We loved it so much we ended up booking another tour with the same tour guide, Hulk…And we also loved his Barrwnco tour.

Come hungry! - We ended up joining the tour after doing an earlier history tour and this did not disappoint. Bruce introduced us to many foods and places that we never would have found, and the food total was very inexpensive. He offered to show us more, and had we not been so full, we would have continued! Would recommend.

A Tour Unlike any other - MUST do a tour with Inka Pride! I did both the street food tour and the Barranco Street Art Tour and Bruce's knowledge on both gastronomy, society and history of Lima is unmatched. But best of all, you'll have SO MUCH FUN! I've gotten to try different local foods and discovered all the different context surrounding the hundreds of murals in Barranco. Don't miss out and book a tour with Inka Pride and make your trip to Lima unforgettable!! P.S. Ask him where the best Pisco Sour is in Lima.

Eat Like a Streetwise Local - The thing with Peru is that it is a country with a complicated history of colonization and immigration, all transmuted by the vast culture, history, and customs of the locals; through which those who come in contact with become locals within a generation or two themselves. Peru transforms what it comes in contact with - and that history can be told through food. Ceviche, local fruits, corn with cheese, potato dishes, Chifa, Nikkei - delicious food that comes with a story, and Bruce knows all of them. The food is magical; bought from small vendors in a hectic marketplace nestled in a honeycomb of crowded streets and indoor malls, the tastes exquisite and made not for the palate of an anxious tourist, but a streetwise local. You get to eat like a streetwise local when you join Bruce for the tour! On the tour, you eat well and learn the history of Lima and Peru with every bite and exciting flavor. This was my favorite tour in Lima by far!

Best Lima Food Tour - This was the best food tour I’ve ever done! Incredible guide with an amazing sense of humour coupled with delicious food at a very very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this food tour to anyone visiting Lima. Loved all the food we sampled from the Papa Rellenas, to the Ceviche, Anticucho, quinoa, exotic fruits and much more, all were delicious!

Discovering Peruvian street food - Bruce took us to the non-touristic heart of Lima and introduced us to a variety of Peruvian street foods - definitely places we wouldn’t have found on our own! At each food stop, he provided some insightful information, and was overall very entertaining :)

Great chance to experience a different side of Lima! - Really insightful and a great tour. Went to local eateries which as a tourist unlikely to have known about and tried a lot of different dishes which were all great! Come with an open mind and curiosity to try new things. Also tried different fruits too. Bruce is a fantastic guide- approachable, friendly, passionate and funny. The time went too quickly! Wish could experience some more of his tours but sadly have to return home.
