Excellent guide - I was in Tortuguero, Antonio was our guide in all the activities we carried out. As a guide is excellent, we could not have had better guide. Apart from the time he was with us as a guide, he was always on the lookout.
Antonio received us in Pavona (this is where you take the boat to Tortuguero) and at the end of our stay in Tortuguero he also accompanied us to Pavona, he solved everything from the boat that took us to Tortuguero, the parking lot where we left the car to the taxis (boats) we took in Tortuguero and restaurant recommendations.

Great guide - We went to visit Tortuguero and there we were lucky enough to meet Antonio. We did the night tour and another one by canoe through the canals. Everything was great, Antonio attended us great and at all times gave us information about animals, plants and stories about that beautiful town with great patience and answering with data to any questions. Highly recommended, definitely when we return we will book with him. It is my second time there and the tour with Antonio was infinitely better than the first time.

Amazing experience! - Antonio was our guide for Tortuguero’s night excursion and boat ride along the canals.
The night excursion was great. He helped us to see many sloths, frogs, spiders... and he worried that we all saw everything, solving all our doubts.
The next morning we did the boat tour with him. We saw monkeys, birds, sloths, iguanas, alligators...
I absolutely recommend it. Thank you very much Antonio 😀

Exclusive and excellent tour - Antonio is an excellent guide.
He has a lot of experience and knows the best places to see all kinds of species.
We did the night tour and saw snakes, spiders, various active sloths, toucans, frogs and many other species.
I recommend doing the tour with Antonio because he also recommended us where to eat the most typical food at a very good price.
And helped us on many other issues!!
In short very happy with Antonio!!

Antonio is the best! - When we first got to Tortuguero we met Antonio and liked him right away! He was friendly, nice and engaging, very professional and knowledgeable. Communication was easy and fun. After our first activity with him (night walk) we booked another one with him the next day (canoa)! We recommend him greatly!

Tortuguero with Antonio - Without a doubt the best guide we have ever had. We took the combo of three (night tour, canoe and jaguar trail) and the experience was a great one.
We found all the animals we wanted to see and many more.
Every day was a sight.
Apart from that, the treatment towards us was magnificent; helpful and very involved, he was ready to help us in any way he could (something that was greatly appreciated).
In short...if any of you wish to visit Tortuguero do not hesitate to contact him , you will be 100% satisfied.

Primo guide in Tortuguero - We were a family of 4, and we did a night walk with Antonio and a canoe tour with Angel. Tortutravel is a small business and they both live in tortuguera with their families and are really nice guys. Their English is not perfect but they are really friendly and flexible to work around our plans. They are also excellent at spotting and identifying animals. We have been with other guides in CR who were checking their phones rather than watching but no doubt these guys will spot whatever is there and talk about it with enthusiasm. And no Angel, we didn't believe that the caiman was plastic, put out every morning so the tourists have something to photograph... 😂

Experience 10 with Antonio - The visit to Tortuguero would not have been the same without Antonio, from the first moment he was attentive to us and helped us with everything. Thanks to him and his passion for his work, we were able to observe a wide variety of animals and learned a lot from all over the environment. Every tour was worth it. If we were to return, we would not hesitate to hire him again and, of course, we would recommend him to everyone.
