Limon Costa Rica tour - Ronald guide and Juan Carlos driver were awesome. Very knowledgeable and quick to point out sloths and many many other animals, stopping immediately to make sure we could all see. Juan Carlos even saw a local produce truck and jumped off to get us all fresh bananas! Great trip , would definitely book again!

Veragua Rainforest & Tortuguero Canal - We took the "Veragua Rainforest Aerial Tram & Tortuguero Canal Boat Tour" with our exceptional guide Luis. After picking us up at the dock, he drove us about an hour into the jungle to Veragua. We had a beautiful canopy-level tram ride down to Victoria River, where another guide from the park led us on a nice walk along the river. It's a boardwalk-type path with handrails, so it's very safe. (They have several other trails if you prefer something more adventurous.) We saw many animals along the way, including sloths, a capuchin monkey, an agouti, a toucan and many other birds. I even got a picture of a Bullet Ant, although I kept my distance from him. After Veragua, Luis took us to Tortuguero Canal for a boat ride, which he himself narrated. Along the way, we saw more sloths and birds and even a basilisk lizard. They sometimes have crocs in the Canal, but we didn't see any today. Very nice and relaxing. Then he dropped us back at the ship with time to spare, so we never had any worries about all-aboard time. Muchas gracias, Luis!

Excellent; driver and... - Excellent; driver and guide in the van were the best. Small group of about eight made it very personable and these two made the excursion especially fun. So glad I did not take the one associated with our cruise line which cost more and was slower to get on the road to the destination!

We saw what there was to see. - Our guide Paula was wonderful. She searched for and pointed out every possible wildlife and plant and provided thorough explanations. She was very friendly as well. The entire experience was refreshing, insightful, and eye-opening.

This has to be on your bucket list! - This was one of the best excursions I have ever done. This was partly due to our guide Ignacio Solano. Thanks to him, we learned a lot about the flora and fauna of Costa Rica in a short time. It was, in a word, amazing!

Fun tour! - It was a fun tour! We beat the cruise ship crowds and took this fun tour. It included a short tram ride through the rainforest, a hike on either a flat trail or up and down multiple steps to a beautiful waterfall. We asked for both and they were happy to accommodate. Then a boat ride in a Canal where the drivers were very good at spotting wildlife. We saw sloths, blue butterflies, and howler monkeys! The drive to and from the rainforest was a bit longer that we expected, (about an hour), but our guide stopped frequently to show us interesting plant life and narrated the entire trip with interesting facts.

Small group size tour a must! Very personal and enjoyable! - The tour was well presented with a variety of views of the habitat. The small group size made the experience more personal and enjoyable. The guides were well informed and helped us to get the best views of the scenery and wildlife. Would definitely recommend the tour.

Interesting day out with lots of variety - Great day out with plenty to see and do. Our guide Arial was very friendly and informative and organised the day well. The impromptu stop to taste Costa Rican coffee and chocolate was a welcome addition to the itinerary. The route to the National Park is partly over an unkempt road (not the fault of the tour company) which made for an uncomfortable journey although the time at the park with our guide Roxanne more than made up for it. The boat ride was OK - not much to see and we felt that the speed of the boat made it difficult to spot and photograph any wildlife we did come across. Overall a good day out and value for money.

Rainforest walk and boat tour - The views were beautiful and I enjoyed the short hike and tram ride but the guide was difficult to understand. She also didn’t pay attention to the customers. Some had difficulty with steps and she should have told them to sit at a certain spot to wait for the rest of the group. Our boat captain and guide were not very professional. They talked a lot amongst themselves and didn’t pay much attention to the group.
