• Pickup Time: Tours start 30 minutes after your ship docks, with the first tour at 8:00 AM. We adjust to your ship’s schedule for a smooth experience.
• Meeting Point: Meet us at the main pier entrance, where our guides will be waiting with a sign displaying your name. Please note, we do not offer pick-up inside the pier.
• What to Bring: Comfortable long or short pants, tennis shoes (no sandals allowed), sunscreen, sunglasses, mosquito repellent, a hat or cap, and cash for any extras..
• IMPORTANT: Please provide the full name of your cruise ship and the time it will be at port.
