thought provoking and interesting Centre - First visit to IBC and it won’t be my last. Very interesting, well thought out centre to commemorate and remember those who served with Bomber Command. We started with a guided tour outside (in the freezing cold) with Geoff, one of the volunteer guides , definitely need to do that again when warmer. Then there is an excellent multi sensory exhibition, a super gift shop and a very good cafe on site. The bonus is that there are stunning views of Lincoln and in particular, the Cathedral. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Admission fee is modest and I would recommend getting an annual pass, virtually the same cost as a day pass. The centre is dog friendly, but dogs are not allowed in the exhibition area. I highly recommend visIting IBC

Excellent friendly and knowledgeable staff. Brilliant. - Dawn and Gemma made us extremely welcome. We were full of questions and they went out of their way to answer or find the answer to each question. They showed us where to find our uncles name and memorial stone and guided us to the internet site with a lot more information.

A wonderfully moving experience - My partner and I visited in early November 2025. The visitor experience was absolutely amazing. Every aspect of the centre, both inside and out, have been so carefully and thoughtfully considered. The open air features such as the statues and planted areas have all been designed with precision and are a fitting memorial to The Fallen. Our guided tour, conducted by Chris, was excellent. Well done and thank you to everyone involved.

An interesting and thought provoking memorial with great facilities - A special place which commemorates the people of bomber command. A stunning location for a well planned and out memorial. The free guided tour was excellent with knowledgeable and friendly volunteers. The main building is well laid out and displays interesting and modern. The cafe is great would recommended the WADs and good breakfast selection too,

Excellent Visit to The International Bomber Command Centre Lincoln - I and two family members had the pleasure of visiting the International Bomber Command Centre at Lincoln yesterday and were extremely impressed with the whole experience. The talk delivered by your very knowledgable tour guide Barry Steele had lots of facts, interspersed with some humour, was excellent. We had the perfect morning kicking off with breakfast at the wonderful cafe. Thank you for all the obvious hard work and dedication put in by you all.

Lovely visit and a place that makes you proud to be British! - We had a wonderful day exploring bomber Command and finding out about the history of this wonderful RAF service men and women who served our country and rescued Europe from the nazi killing machine.
We had a tour guy called Andrew who was very informative and highly knowledgeable about the history of of Bomber Command. I would strongly recommend taking the time to go on a tour with a guide, it really was eye-opening and Andrew really was fantastic!
I have been before, and this time took my parents and they thoroughly enjoyed it. I would highly recommend it to anybody and I’m sure it’s a visit you will not regret.

A Poignant and Superbly Designed Memorial - Visited as a group of RAF Halton Craft Apprentice as part of our 55th Year Reunion - and this could not have been any more fitting. We had a tour with our guide Peter Cunningham whose wide and deep knowledge provided us with an insight to the history leading to the formation, need and local build up of the RAF Commands as well as giving background to the dire position we found ourselves in those times. Peter highlighted, superbly, the subtleties of the memorials' design and key elements which we wouldn't have experienced if we had walked around unguided. The whole experience was poignant and moving and more than demonstrated the incredible bravery and fortitude of often very young but 'normal' men and women, many who sacrificed everything. So well worth visiting to further understand and remember the debt we owe to the amazing crews of the RAF's Bomber Command. Thank you Peter.

A shame - Although the exhibition is quite interesting it could have been more informative about the actual people involved . It only touched the surface and left us wanting more and was expensive for the content. The cafeteria was over priced with chaotic service , dogs should not be allowed in where food is served ,making us think the management is not up to the job. The carpark , being , chargeable is ridiculous as there is nowhere else to park .
