Free half hourly guides to accompany the visitors, but you are free to roam at your own pace. The great cafe has the best allergy signs I have ever seen. Icons for allergens are below every item. I recommend the Bomber Breakfast, very tasty Lincolnshire sausage is dairy free, bacon, egg, chips with skin on and beans. Good shop with relevant stock. Toilets clean. Easily accessible for wheelchairs

Very educational and sobering tour. - We joined a small group with Andrew as our guide (and historian). It was a memorable tour of the memorial grounds and sobering to think or the sacrifices of the combined nations which participated in the Air offensive. My parents were both in the Canadian squadron 432, and a greater appreciation of their commitment to peace was realized.

Really moving and thought provoking experience - The views down to Lincoln are fantastic, the memorial itself an absolutely fantastic experience. Very poignant and moving experience. I woupd definitely recommend coming here if you're ever in Lincoln.

Worth a visit - Good half day out. Dave our guide was really informative and gave us great information about the site. Worth paying to go into the exhibition area.

Fascinating and moving experience - On our visit to Lincoln we decided to try out The International Bomber Command Centre. What a worthwhile and moving experience. We took the tour with a guide and found him to be knowledgeable, humorous at times but totally respectful. I was very impressed at the way there was no triumphalism or focus on the “us and them.” It was all presented very much with their mantra of “Recognition, Remembrance and Reconciliation.” Lots of interactive displays inside and the very moving outside path and metal plaques with all the names of the thousands of crew lost. Staff very friendly and helpful. A fascinating experience which keeps the sacrifice of so many young men to the forefront.

Great place, fab tour guide - A great centre. Lovely staff. Eddie was our tour guide and he was great. Very informative, funny and thought provoking. Thankyou so much. The shop has lovely items, the expedition was great. £3 to park, and the cafe had a lovely selection of food

Annual highlight so far, must see, everyone should go, fully accessible!highlights so far, must see, everyone sh - Best museum, learning experience this year, wonderful passionate and insightful tour guide speaker Andrew who spent an hour explaining everything around the centre for me. Being blind, I was able to touch items to bring all the history to Life, and it was so informative! I learned so much about the brave Activities men and women and youngsters did during the second world War and Cold War. Definitely should be included on everybody's trip to this beautiful part of the country, and I hope this visitor centre expans, very sustainable, accessible, easy parking for my wife, and the café was great! Perfect bomber command experience to compliment visiting the memorial in Green Park in London. Thank you Andrew for a great tour experience! And literally just five minutes outside of Lincoln city, so very easy to get to

Well worth a visit - Such a informative place to visit and made better by Gavin the tour guide who was so informative no matter what you asked plus a great cafe and there was also a delightful craft and art fair on

A place for all ages. - This centre should be compulsory visiting for all school children. The staff and volunteers were all interested in our stories and family history and took time to talk and explain. We left some items with the archivist who was excellent and very interesting.
