Awesome guided kayak tour - Friendly and happy staff. Careful guides keeping disparate group of people safe, yet actively directing our attention to the most interesting history and biology of the area. Not as much shallow seafloor life seen in our area of transit as our experience in North pacific waters. The geography of the area and it's forest reclamation beauty more than compensated for that. I would do it again but would go out on longer tour to see more sea creatures.

Kayak Fun - Great way to spend a morning out on the Sounds. Aaron was a fun guide explaining about the local history, fauna and flora. We paddled at leisurely pace so that we could take in the sights. All equipment was supplied and in good order. Throughly recommended, we will book again.

Excellent Kayaking Experience! - Holt was our guide, offered excellent safety and directions. He pointed out sea creatures including moon jellyfish, sting rays, sea urchin, birds, and starfish. Additionally he added commentary about trees and the Sound. Excellent kayaking! Beautiful day! Wear sunscreen.

Great way to explore Queen Charlotte Sound and track - My husband and I did a half day guided sea kayak adventure from Anakiwa on 6th Dec 2023, with Holt as our guide and we walked back to the start by ourselves where Aaron picked us up and returned us to our campsite. It was a beautiful day in a beautiful location. Throughout the 3-hours in the kayak Holt pointed out no end of flora and fauna on land and in the water which made the trip all the more enjoyable learning about both the native and non-native species around us and some of the history of the area. Highly recommend this trip.

Absolutely fabulous! - Absolutely fabulous, Holt was a knowledgeable and safe guide. Beautiful. I’m 63 and in average shape and it was just enough so I was tired but not so much I couldn’t finish. Boats had dry wells to put your belongings and dry bags were provided. Take plenty of water and your sunscreen. We saw many birds, some cool blue jellyfish, stingrays, and of course the sheer beauty of the surroundings.
