Our team of hostesses at Lisbon Airport, located near the exits in the Arrival Hall (after luggage claim), will be waiting for you with a nameplate and will escort you to your designated driver.

For a seamless experience, we recommend that customers provide their phone numbers and turn them on upon arrival at Lisbon Airport. Our drivers will contact you once you’ve landed in Portugal.

This private service includes flight tracking and a complimentary waiting time of 1 hour, calculated from the time your flight arrives at Lisbon Airport. For non-airport pick-ups, we offer a 15-minute waiting time calculated from the scheduled pick-up time agreed upon with the customer.

As a general rule, passengers are allowed to bring one suitcase and one personal item onto our vehicles. To ensure all belongings fit in the trunk, there are size and weight restrictions. Personal items typically include a handbag, briefcase, or laptop bag that can be easily carried by the passenger. If you are traveling with extra or excess luggage, please inform us before the trip so we can arrange the necessary logistics from the baggage hall to the check-in counter or destination point (additional fees may apply).

Infant seats are available upon request if advised at the time of booking (additional fees may apply).

NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel the ride if the customer does not appear or respond to our contacts during the agreed-upon free waiting time. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
