Then we leave the city center towards Belém, this route is along the river, with the 25 de Abril bridge in front, which means you can expect an extremely pleasant and light-filled trip. We start by visiting the famous Pastéis de Belém factory, where there is a lot to discover and taste. It was also from Belém that Vasco da Gama set out to discover the sea route to India. Here you can be amazed by the Jerónimos Monastery and the Belém Tower, both classified as UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and also the Monument to the Discoveries that celebrates the glory of Portugal’s naval expansion.
