When you book with us, you can expect top-notch service and meticulous attention to detail. This includes online consultation of the current flight status, ensuring your driver, properly identified, is at the right place at the right time waiting for you.

We have a team of hostesses at Lisbon Airport, near the exits at the Arrival Hall (after luggage claim). They will be waiting for you with a nameplate and will escort you to your designated driver.

For a seamless service, we recommend our customers provide their phone numbers and turn them on upon arrival at Lisbon Airport. Our drivers will contact you once you’ve landed in Portugal.

This private service includes flight tracking and a free waiting time of 1 hour, calculated from the time your flight arrives at Lisbon Airport. For non-airport pick-ups, we offer 15 minutes of waiting time calculated from the scheduled pick-up time agreed upon with the customer.

As a general rule, passengers are allowed to take one suitcase and one personal item onto our vehicles. There are size and weight restrictions to ensure each passenger’s belongings fit in the trunk. Personal items usually include a handbag, briefcase, or laptop bag that can be easily carried by the passenger. If you travel with extra or excess luggage, please inform us before the trip so we can provide the necessary logistical resources from the baggage hall to the check-in counter or destination point (extra fees may apply).

Infant seats are available on request if advised at the time of booking (extra fees may apply).

NOTE: We reserve the right to NOT provide the ride if the customer does not appear or respond to our contacts during the free waiting time agreed upon reservation of this service. All delays caused by external factors beyond our control are not our responsibility.

• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
