- 25 de Abril Bridge - You’ll cross the April 25th bridge (lookalike the Golden Gate Bridge), a giant and scenic suspension bridge that connects the north and south side of Lisbon. It was renamed after the revolution day (April 25th) that finished the Salazar dictatorship in 1974.

Crossing the Tejo River via the stunning 25 of April Bridge, you will venture from Lisbon to the city’s southern side (Arrábida, Sesimbra, Azeitão, and Espichel). Here you will experience spectacular beaches, towering cliffs, a breathtaking cape, a well-preserved medieval castle, a quaint fishing village, a serene natural park, a deserted monastery, and a family-run winery. Your day will culminate with a visit to vineyards and a tasting of 4 local wines. This promises to be an exceptional and soothing day away from the traditional tourist hustle.

Top sightseeing round south of Lisbon. - Tanja took us to the areas south of Lisbon. With her enormous knowledge and beautiful hiostories, she made this a fantastic trip. We were all the west in the Arrabida area, and then to amazing beautiful Sisimbra, where we ate lunch. With visits and stories inside the walls of the defense plant in the area, and not least on wine tasting - so this was a fantastic trip for us! Thanks again Tanja!

a unique day trip :) - Tanya was a wonderful guide! This was our first time to Portugal, and all of the destinations she chose along the path were absolutely stunning. She was entertaining the whole way, and provided excellent suggestions on how to enjoy our stay in Lisboa. Her passion for the country really shined through. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to see the best sites, enjoy a beautiful winery and spend a whole day away from the tourist crowds.

Relaxed tour. - Wine tasting was great. Group was very cordial and even more cordial by conclusion Setting in vineyard was just right. Guide Carolina did a fine job of presenting and pouring, as she did for entire tour.

Great day exploring! - This tour was the highlight of our trip! Tanya was so informative, kind, funny and helpful :) she not only acted as a knowledge source but also our personal photographer with great suggestions, so we were able to get great photos! Transportation was a/c chilled which was great as the summer is HOT in Portugal. The views from the mountain, churches, coast and the winery were all fabulous.
A must do day!

A stunning day - The towns of sessimbra, the views from the Arrabida mountains and the wine tasting at a small family winery. We got 90min in Sessimbra, my recommendation it to explore the back streets rather than the main beach strip, great to see but very toursty during the peak summer season.
