A great start to an excellent weekend - The beer bike was a great start to our stag experience in Lisbon. We had free reign over the music, the beer was flowing and the sights across the water in Lisbon were stunning. This was also better than going on a beer bike through a busy city and annoying the locals, as being out by the water meant we could sing and laugh freely! Our driver and barman were both great and we never had empty cups, plus they helped us take some great pictures and joined in with the fun.

TOP activity - Superb activity carried out during a bachelorette party. It was honestly one of the most fun activities of our weekend. The team is super nice. I recommend.

Hen do laughs in Lisbon - Great experience and a great laugh. The staff were friendly and made the experience better. Wear sensible shoes, allow plenty of time to find the right beer bike as there’s different companies all along this area. The bike also won’t move if you don’t pedal! 😂

Frustrating and disappointing! - Unfortunately this much anticipated experience got off to a rocky start. While the staff running the bike tour were fabulous and we were 30 minutes ahead of schedule- we were not able to locate the exact meeting point of the tour. We followed the information on the viator website and were in the vicinity at the river but had no way of knowing where the bike would arrive, This resulted in unnecessary walking backing and forth along the route in extreme heat. ( We were a group of 12 older people). No one along the route was able to answer our questions and knew very little about the tour. Some directed us to one end of the route while others directed us to another. When the tour operators were asked why there were no signs indicating the meeting point we were told there have never been signs. By the time the entire group of 12 was able to get into the bike- 30 minutes of the 60 minute tour had already passed. Definitely not worth the 45 dollars each ( plus exchange) that was paid. Simple solution- put a sign at the start of the tour!

No show, no cancelation and no notice - As a group of 3 friends we thought this would be a nice afternoon activity before heading out on the town. We centered our afternoon to be in Belen for this tour, only for the bike not to show up at the pick up spot. After trying to contact the operator, looking around and asking the local shops we had no option but to request a refund from Viator. Viator were great and very professional and organized the refund efficiently.

Not commercial... - Our flights were canceled, we were not able to participate in the activity, but no commercial gesture for a possible refund or compensation was made. I find this regrettable since not doing the activity was not up to us. We had booked other activities in Lisbon which they understood the situation and reimbursed us without problem. Go on your way, I think there are some companies more serious than others.

The only saving grace of this activity was that the day could not get any worse... - The only saving grace of this activity was that the day could not get any worse... Firstly, the booking team do not tell you this is a shared experience so be prepared to be sat next to a load of randoms. Secondly, the bloke serving beer turned up with a load of tinnies in his backpack! Each party got about three cans worth over the course of the hour. Also worth noting that after five minutes pedaling we were offered a 15 minute break (25% of your one hour slot spent kicking it in a car park). We booked a catarmaran cruise for 35 euros per head the day after which really highlighted what an absolute shakedown this is.

terrible - I booked a tour with beer bike lisbon and i showed up to the meeting point and i waited for over 45 minutes in the rain for them to never show up. i contacted the manager and he said they didn’t have enough vehicles (why didn’t they call me they had my number?) and i demanded a refund which i never received after 5 phone calls with the manager where we finally came to the conclusion that i should be able to go to one of there next tours and not have to pay again since i payed before and never got my refund and i showed up once again only for the workers to tell me their boss never said i could do it without paying again so i called him one last time and he said i would need to pay and said i was refunded(i was not) and proceeded to call me crazy and said i should get a lawyer if i want my 25 dollars back and was kicked off the bike. I would 100% advice anyone who’s thinking of booking this to NOT. the boss is absolutely rude and disrespectful.
