Travel to the charming village of Angel’s Farm, located just 30 minutes south of Lisbon. Begin the journey with a visit to the region’s renowned cheese factory, where the cheese-making process is observed, and some delicious cheese is taken home.

Next, explore the Venâncio da Costa Lima Wine Cellar, famous for producing the world’s best Moscatel Wine. Here, learn about the wine-making process and enjoy a delightful wine tasting session accompanied by local snacks and sweets.

With cheese and wine in hand, head to the summit of Laurel Hill, where a local bakery is nestled beside a functioning windmill. Engage in the hands-on experience of baking your own bread. While the bread bakes, take a scenic walk along the windmill ridge trail on Laurel Hill, uncovering ancient ruins, hidden marine fossils, and stunning vistas.

Return to the bakery to explore the interior of a windmill before collecting the freshly baked bread. Then, proceed to a family-owned vineyard farm in the valley, where a meal is enjoyed in a unique setting within the Natural Park, surrounded by expansive landscapes and natural wildlife.
