The Diving activity will be in Arrábida/Sesimbra near Lisbon, where you’ll find the best spots for this sport. It combines the natural protected area’s surroundings with the blue and green of clear waters.

As this activity requires several safety measures, it should be assisted and monitored by experienced professionals. The use of safety equipment is mandatory (included).

For all Diving activities, our Emergency Plan is implemented, and personal safety equipment is used, such as life jackets, first aid kits, oxygen kits, intercom radios, etc. All equipment complies with CE or ISO safety standards. The Diving activity is performed by a certified and experienced Active Tourism company responsible for all Diving activities, including maintenance and regular conduction, usually during Spring/Summer when outdoor enthusiasts seek a cool and calm experience. Arrábida Diving is for those who want to test the waters and try scuba diving. This tour gives you a glimpse of what to expect in the underwater world. During this experience, you will go through basic safety procedures for enjoyable scuba diving under the watchful eye of an active Instructor. You will learn skills such as equalizing your ears, buddy checks, basic buoyancy control, underwater communication, and more. You will also be introduced to basic scuba equipment followed by an underwater tour in the local marine reserve.

At a short distance from Lisbon, Sesimbra is less than a 30-minute drive by car/van. This tour includes pick-up and drop-off at your hotel, lunch at the beach, and a wine tour and tasting. This tour will take you on a lovely drive along the beaches of the Arrábida National Park.
