Tour guide Luis absolutely made the experience - Luis was an excellent guide!! He was very knowledgeable and engaging. I learned and appreciated so much more than I would have on my own in the museum. And his recommendations for additional things to see after the tour were spot on! Highly recommend!

A must visit site. - Spectacular tower on the river front,photo shoot incredable monument,came on train from town,over land,walked along Belim park,full of monuments,statues,monestery,eartquake museum.

Okay, but not worth the wait. - While it was great to see, the 100 mins wait to go inside simply wasn’t worth it. If there is a long line line, save your time and just admire from the outside. The Lisbon Castle is far better bang for buck.

Too bad about the bathroom. - To go to the bathroom you need a drink ticket. But if you want to go again you have to submit ANOTHER ticket and so on. D right?. Illegal and mean. I'm not coming back.

Despite the pass we are denied access - Arrived at 4 pm, an endless queue and we are not given access (after having queued for 2 hours at the Monastery). Ticket lost because only for the day. Do not take at all

Disappointing - We were very disappointed because when we arrived the Belem Tower was closed due to high tide and we were not allowed in. Viator will not refund our money even though it was not our fault. I will not book with Viator again.

Too expensive for no Audio Guide - Our tickets included audio guide which we could not down load, we paid for and could not access disappointment on the cost for just viewing the tower When we could have bought the tickets at the site for 4 euros each.

no eticket received - the eticket was never received, only a pdf stating this is not your ticket. I folliowed the instructions to download ticket however the ticket was never emailed nor texted. I had to buy another ticket on site.

Awful experience - It was an hour wait for entry even with this ticket Such a complicated system of down loading app to acsess the guide … once in Lisbon it used so much data & it only was only available 24 hours before I DIDNT EVEN GO IN TERRIBLE WASTE OF Time & money
