- Templo Romano de Evora (Templo de Diana) - Évora, a historical jewel of the Alentejo, where the cobblestone streets bear witness to centuries of history and vibrant culture. Immerse yourself in the rich heritage of this enchanting city as you explore its iconic monuments, savor delicious local cuisine and marvel at its architectural beauty. Start by exploring the Roman Temple, an impressive piece of architecture dating back to the 1st century. Walk through the medieval streets of Évora, discovering charming squares, historic churches and gastronomy that will not leave you indifferent! The duration of this activity includes travel from Lisbon to Évora - Cathedral of Evora (Se Catedral de Evora) - The Évora Cathedral, also known as the Sé de Évora, is a majestic work of Gothic architecture located in the heart of the city. Built between the 13th and 14th centuries, it stands out for its grandeur and ornamental details. Its interior houses beautiful works of sacred art, including paintings, sculptures and tiles, which make it a historical and religious landmark of great importance in Évora and the entire Alentejo region. - Capela dos Ossos - Enter the Capela dos Ossos, where morbidity meets art. The carefully arranged bones on the walls and pillars form a powerful message about the transience of life, providing a unique and reflective experience. - Evora - After visiting the Évora Cathedral and the Capela dos Ossos, you will have free time to have lunch and discover the city. We recommend a walk through the gardens of D. Manuel’s Palace, with free entry, an olive oil tasting or a tasting of regional sweets in the cafes in Praça do Giraldo. - Enoturismo Cartuxa - On the way to Evoramonte, we will stop at Cartuxa - Quinta de Valbom, one of the best wine producers in Portugal. In their store, you can taste some of their best wines, sold by the glass (price not included in the visit) and enjoy the beautiful views over the vineyards! - Evoramonte - When you arrive in Evoramonte, enjoy one of the best, if not the best, views of the entire Alentejo. At the top of the Serra de Ossa, stands the emblematic Castle of Evoramonte, with its peculiar shape and beautiful views over the Alentejo plain. Take the opportunity to take some photos! - Arraiolos - In Arraiolos, immerse yourself in the art of traditional Arraiolos rugs.
