Great day at Fatima. - Marina was very professional, nice and entertaining. We learned a lot and enjoyed the experience. Excellent time management.

Marina is the best! - Such a beautiful and fun half day trip! Marina was a lovely guide and so helpful and sweet!!! The van was comfy and clean. It was nice to have Marina on WhatsApp to help with any questions when we broke off for solo time.

Perfect half day Fátima tour! - Our driver was very knowledgeable about the city and history! I loved that we got some structured time and some time alone.

Peace of Fatima - Fatima is a sacred site to be felt The village is charming & the people who are descendants of Juncita & own the tiny shop are so kind. Mass at the basilica was lovely & the mass at the outdoor space watching the locals making their devotions incredibly moving Our delightful guide, Roy J, was more than one couldn’t have asked for. He was informative, incredibly attentive & yet get gave us the personal space to pray & take in the energy of Fatima. He truly was the best guide I had all week

Great experience - Our tour guy was great. Knowledgeable about everything- group was small so it was manageable and everyone on time. Got to see and learn more than probably in a full day large bus tour. Obrigado

A must see - Our guide, Leonardo, was amazing! So knowledgeable and helpful. Fatima was something to remember. Loved being able to attend Mass.

Memorable trip to Fatima. - Wonderful experience with small group of people, combined with excellent tour guide. I would definitely comeback and recommend this tour experience with relatives and friends.

Fatima Disaster Tour - I am 74, my husband is 75, we have been on many tours. This was by far the worst tour we have every experienced. We request a full reimbursement of our $187.44 tour payment. This summarizes our experience: - Our Tour "Guide" started by yelling at us and another couple we met at the pickup point because we did not answer our cell phones so he could tell us he would be late. The calls dropped off on the first ring - he should have texted to let us know...and he was late. - He (we think his name was Nini or something like that) looked like he hadn't showered in a week, wore a dirty old T-Shirt, and jeans that looked like they had not been washed in six months. - We went on to pick up three other women as members of the Tour. Everyone expressed since interest in a very religious experience at Fatima. - As we set off on the drive to Fatima, he highlighted some sites in Lisbon...then as we headed to the highway out he started a very offensive monologue about Blessed Mary and the Fatima "story". In fact he was sacrilegious throughout referring to Blessed Mary as "woman" and "her" showing no respect for the Blessed Virgin. Early on, his microphone broke. We were in the back of the van and could not hear him, so my husband requested him to speak louder. He became angry with that request and later made a "snide" remark about my husband. - When we arrived at the first portion of the Tour where the young girls were born and grew up, he let us out and pointed at buildings telling us to go here and there and told us he would meet us at certain points...he did not accompany us and tell us the story as every other tour guide in sight was doing. At one point he pointed to a location down the road and told us to go down there...there would be something in English we could read! Again, other tour guides were there detailing the event for their customers - not us. We then drove to the Plaza where the Churches and holy sites were located...he stopped at a mini-mall nearby urging us to shop - it was 11:45...we had all expressed our desire to attend the noon Mass, but he told us to leave the van and shop...As he started to drive away, my husband knocked on the car window and said we all wanted to go to Mass, not shop at that point. He angrily allowed us back into the Van and took us to the Church Plaza. He pointed at a couple of building/sites and told us to meet him back at the mini-mall at 1:00... - We all attended Mass on our own, visited some of the sites on our own and then met back at the mini-mall at 1:00 - Tour over! - He drove us back like a madman weaving through traffic in a frightful manner...in the middle, he stopped a gas station without an explanation for his own needs. - When we got back to Lisbon he did not drop us off where he picked us up (which was not at our Hotel, nor were we picked up at our Hotel as had been promised). Instead, he stopped at a street we did not know...he said the company he worked for did not want him to go to the pickup location (which we assume was a lie) and he did not want to go to the pickup location because he personally did not want to get caught up in a lot of traffic! He then let the other couple and us out, pointed down the street and said, "go down this street to that second street, turn left and go until you see the Palace...than turn right and go down the street, it will take you right to the Bairro Alto Hotel...it should take about 10 minutes. In fact, there was nothing accurate about his crude directions - and it took us, at our age and in the heat of day, 45 minutes to find the Hotel! This whole day was a disaster and totally unacceptable We request a full refund we we think Nini, or whatever his name is, should be terminated! Respectfully, Pam and Michael Rothmeier
