Must - These 2 are must-see attractions during your visit to Lisbon. It was great having booked the tickets in advance, even though we still had to wait in line for a while. The informative and easy-to-digest audio guides made up for it!

Great place to visit, but get your ticket from somewhere it will reliably download from - Staggeringly lovely cloisters and Cathedral, but the queues were very long in the hot sun, and the tickets did not download properly which nearly meant we didn't get in. We didn't even bother to go into the Belem Tower. The audio tour part worked well enough but the commentary was actually quite boring and didn't really bring the experience alive - suggest not bothering to buy the audio tour and just enjoy the visual experience.

Too Long a Wait! - The lines at these two attractions are unbelievable. We arrived at the Belem Tower 15 minutes after opening and waited an hour and 40 minutes before we were able to enter the Tower. We had plans for the afternoon and were unable to visit the Monastery.

Not worth it - The ques at the monastery were so long we didn't even bother (at least 5 hours). Very impressive from the outside. Next Belem tower excitement back, no another 3 hour que. My youngest daughter persisted and was not bowled over enough to say the wait was worth while. Do this at a time when Lisbon is not busy.

We could not get the... - We could not get the audio tour to work at all. Started at the monestery which was a 70 minute wait then went to the tower which was almost 2 1/2 hour wait. So didn’t use that ticket at all. Waste of money. Wish I had just gotten tickets on site.

Too long queue yet we got there at 9am. - We thought that purchasing electronic tickets would help us skip the line.....well no, we waited in line for 1 1/2 hours before returning.

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FOR JERÓNIMOS IN ADVANCE - DO NOT BUY TICKETS THROUGH THIS COMPANY. There is NO shortcut to get into Jerónimos Monastery. You have to queue for hours whether you pre-buy your tickets or not. Completely misleading & a scam. Waisted a lovely morning in Lisbon because of their misleading information getting tickets in advance & then did not have hours on our schedule to have queued up to get in so had to bin the Monastery visit. The company would not give a refund after pointing out their wrongdoing. Very bad experience.

Would you like to wait 2 hours? - It should be a Skip the Line ticket, but the only queue you can skip with this ticket is the ticket sales line. And there is no queue at all, because everyone buys online these days. So, since I wasn't looking forward to a 2 hour wait (times 2), I ended up viewing both attractions from the outside only. Worthless scam, this ticket!
