Fantastic way to see more of Lisbon and Belem. - I did this tour mid October and it was a great way to go see Belem and to see more of Lisbon. I really enjoyed the format of this tour and the route that they take. Our guide Joao was so good, he loves Lisbon and he's very passionate about the history of his country and we learned so much from him. He explained things in an easy manner and didn't go on and on about things. I would highly recommend this as an option for people who are looking for alternatives to the big bus day tours that ship you out the Belem with all the other tourists. We went by some really cool areas that we actually went back to explore after the tour.

The best way to see and enjoy Belém - This was such a great way to visit Belém , weather was perfect and as we had decided that we would rather be outdoors rather than queue for entry to attractions on our last day in Lisbon this would suit us and it did with bicycle bells on. Oriana was a terrific guide and as it was just my husband and I who were on the afternoon tour we lucked out as it was essentially private . We learned a lot but in a most interesting manner and thoroughly enjoyed our conversations throughout the tour. I had forgotten a stop to try Belems famous pastel da nata was included and we agreed having tried a few by this time that it was indeed the best. This is a very easy and relaxed cycle and we would never have covered this ground on a walking tour. It was the perfect end to what has been a great visit to Lisbon and we both highly recommend this tour and the most lovely Oriana who was a joy to spend time with .

E-bike fun - Matilde was good fun and trying out e-bikes for the first time was great. A flat, but varied tour alongside the river. The pasteis de nata in Belem were definitely the best!

Scenic riverside ride - A good ride along the riverside to get a different perspective of Lisbon. Our guide was Pedro Vinicius and he took good care of our group especially when the chain came off my bike! He was knowledgeable about the history of Portugal and the connections to Brazil - his enthusiasm rubbed off on us all. A great trip, not as scary as riding through the city, so time to enjoy the scenery and take it all in.

Recommended for people who love cycling - Very nice bike ride on ebikes. Is not superfluous given the height differences in Lisbon. Guide knew a lot about the various buildings and monuments and very enthusiastic and caring

Down By the River - Our tour began inThe Praça do Comércio. Our guide Pedro allowed us to get familiar with our e-bikes before starting the tour and a test drive if we needed one. He made sure we were all comfortable with our bikes. Pedro began with great history of Lisbon there. Next we headed along the river, stopping in a few spots with a little more history until we reached the Monument of Discoveries, which was impressive. There we had a short break with a coffee and a tasty pastel de nata. We then moved on to Belém Tower, for a little more history and then the return cycle to the home base. Pedro did a great job making sure we were all together and his presentation of history along the tour made the scenes come alive and explain how Lisbon came to be. The operation of the e-bike makes the ride so easy once you get the hang of it. I cycle but had not used and e-bike previously. They're not hard to figure out and really help. The tour is a great way to see more of Lisbon than you may have planned on. Great Job Pedro!

A great way to discover Lisbon - I actually could not do this tour as I was the only one who had booked it. So instead they offered me to join the city tour. I really enjoyed it. We were a small group, six including our guide Sophia. Sophia was most charming and made the tour light and fun. Her explanations were very good, informative but delivered with humour. The bikes are amazing. Large tyres for the cobble stones and enough power to go up the hills easily. There is one climb that got us puffing a bit, but the rest was easy. I recommend the fresh lemonade at the Miradouro da Senhora do Monte, the highest point in Lisbon.

Was Hoping for a Great Ride - Ladies, these bikes are very heavy and they have the bar across making it difficult to get on and off the bike. We had two ladies injured themselves. One person’s bike’s chain kept falling off. Vendor needs to invest in better bikes.
