Excellent private tour. Manuel was awesome! - We had a great private day tour of Lisbon with Manuel. He showed us a lot of places and asked us what our interests were so that he could tailor the tour to what we wanted to see.
I've very happy we were able to book this tour. We squeezed in a lot of Lisbon that we would not have been able to see.
I'd highly recommend the tour, and guide Manuel!

Lisbon in a day! - We had an awesome day with Miguel. He picked us up at our hotel and informed us that we would have a private tour since we were the only guests. He was informative, friendly and accommodating to our tour preferences. We were able to see so much of Lisbon in a single day. I highly recommend this tour.

Best tour guide in Lisbon - The best part of the tour was our guide, Manuel!!!
He was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodative and just fun to be around. He made my trip to Lisbon very memorable. Not only he knew lots of intricate details about every corner of the city, he also had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do while in Portugal. I so enjoyed the city tour with Manuel that I booked a tour to Sinatra with him two days later. I wish there were more professional, nice and interesting tour guides like him! Thanks again, Manuel!!! ❤️

Wonderful Lisbon Day trip with Ruis - We had fun on a very wet and rainy day. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He made special accommodation in taking us to the Age of Discoveries museum when I indicated an interest in Vasco de Gama. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Lisbon City Tour - We traveled to Lisbon-Portugal in November 2019 and went to tours with Celina Tours. The tours were very well organized. The service of Celina Tours is excellent. Their tour guides are excellent, very patient and very knowledgeable. Tour guide Mr. Goao was an extremely good guide and was very helpful, very polite and very courteous.

Great tour and knowledgable guide. - We took the all day city tour with Nuno and we were very pleased. There were only three of us on the tour and Nuno was very patient and attentive to our desires to see his beautiful city. I would change nothing about this tour or the guide.

Very comprehensive - Booked the tour by email exchange the day before we wanted it. There is no 'on line booking' as such but the confirmation email exchanges were pretty zippy and so trip was booked fairly efficiently.
Regrettably payment has to be by cash which is a pain. We went to a cashpoint that evening ready to pay the following day.
The tour description says small bus tour, up to 8 people. However we were the only ones booked so in effect got a private tour. We were picked up from our hotel and guide was a few minutes early 😀
As the tour started the guide, who's name we didn't catch, asked if we wanted to go anywhere different / any variations to standard route but we were happy with tour as described.
Before booking we had thought of just catching a train ticket Sintra but by doing the tour we got to see so much more. We started with the Queluz National Palace, through which the guide walked us through. After that, at Pena Palace, and Sintra town, the coast etc we were given time to explore by ourselves which suited us fine.
Tour advertised as 8 hours or so but we had nearly 45 mins beyond that.
Really enjoyed the trip. Well worth doing

Day tour: Lisbon city, Baelem, Atlantic ocean (day 1) & Sintra, Panem, Cascaish, Light House (Day 1) - Ask for Mr. Carlos. He is one of the best English speaking tour guide one can ever ask for. He can speak Spanish, French and Mandarin as well. He has a very nice personality. He was punctual in arriving at our hotel. He gave a lot of information all throughout the tour, and therefore, it was easier for us to match the context with what we were seeing at our Lisboa tour! Carlos was a very gentle person, a person who understands the travellers mentality, respects the socio cultural and religion context, and helped feel us we were in a country of diversity, innovation, tradition and multidimensional. We ended our 1st day tour convinced that Carlos loves what he does, and that Portuguese people love their country.
I would have rated Celina tours with 5 stars (and above if any such stars were there!), but alas! Due to our tour guide on the 2nd day, it started with sour feelings. The scenic and breathtaking beauty of Sintra, Pane, Coba de Roca, Light House, Cascaish compensated for the quite-the-oppossite-of-day1-with-Mr. Carlos feeling. Instead of apologizing for arriving late at our hotel, our 2nd day tour guide said that we should not have expected that we would be picked up from our hotel from which the 1st spot of the day schedule was closer. He termed our area as downtown, which may be true, but why should it matter? Why should it be implied with a derogatory tone? We paid for our visit not knowing that it was not a private tour. Although we finally agreed to the “group” arrangement, however, as a tour guide, it was very unprofessional of him to say that if we want to go, we should hurry and not waste others times, especially because there were other people to be picked up. He even mentioned that we paid less and we should not have expected these. He also mentioned that you must be from xyz region. During the tour he did not give as much background to the sites as e.g. Mr. Carlos did. 2nd day tour guide in fact, made reference, very subtly, to the tourism increasing at Portugal because people “do not go to Turkey, Afghanistan, etc.” due to security reasons. In our 1st spot, he made reference to a painting which had nude men and women (drawn by a king) more than trice. A self paid lunch arrangement was ok but we did not need to spend 2-hours there.
I would like to suggest Celina Tours to scrutiny on the type of guides they keep and assign for a tour. Travelers may be of different skin colors and with different nationalities and from different continents. Respect, politeness, punctuality and correct information matters to everyone and everywhere. Last but not the least, I would like to request Celina Tours to give as many information as possible in your tour book/websites so that the information we did not have or your agency might have expected that the travelers would know – would not happen. Starting a tour with pleasantness lingers on throughout the day. And I think, that would Celina Tours even more, in addition to your country, and the travelers.
I would like to end by saying expressing thankfulness to Celina Tours for giving us a chance to leave the country with a memorable scenic impressions! Thank you and to Mr. Carlos.
